In2Gr8 began as a Seattle-based start-up with a vision to establish a global, Tier 1 technology
consulting firm for Microsoft Business Solution products. The strategy was to acquire and
consolidate the top independent Microsoft consulting firms, while elevating best practices and
launching select vertical solutions. During 18-months, In2Gr8 grew by acquisitions from six principal
employees to more than 500 in twenty-nine cities across the U.S. and Europe.

9 Conducted investor presentations to raise more than $22 million in venture capital

BeAtHome was an Internet premise automation company. The company enabled world-class
security and energy management using wireless devices, software applications, and the Internet.
