Gary A. Weuve, CLU, ChFC, RFC®, CRPC®, CFP®
Practice Management Consultant
Gary A. Weuve leads The Center for Advisor Excellence™ that supports,
advises, and guides financial advisors to help them continue to grow their
business. He is a Practice Management Consultant for the MEMBERS
Insurance and Investments and Retirement Plan Services product groups for
CUNA Mutual Group.
As a certified business coach, Gary works with financial advisors and
broker/dealers throughout the country, assisting them with the continued
development of their investment and financial planning practices.
“For the last 35 years my passion has been to help financial advisors achieve
their full potential,” Gary says.
As an avid runner, Gary understands the importance a training plan can have
on race-day results. “Similarly, a well-thought-out and carefully executed
business plan can have a significant impact on business results,” he says.
Working with individuals and groups, Gary uses various coaching programs
and techniques to assist advisors with the planning of their business success.
“Coaching involves the unleashing of the human potential to help a financial
advisor discover a new possibility that he or she didn’t think existed,” says
Gary. “That is my mission; that is my goal.”
Gary began his career with CUNA Mutual Group in 1980. He holds the
Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC),
Registered Financial Consultant (RFC®), Chartered Retirement Planning
Counselor (CRPC®), Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), and Registered
Corporate Coach™ designations.
Gary is also a member of the:
• Society of Financial Service Professionals
• Financial Planning Association
• International Association of Registered Financial Consultants
• World Association of Business Coaches.
Gary and his wife, Marcia, grew up as Midwesterners in central Iowa, and
they now reside in “The Live Music Capital” of Austin, Texas.
