Check all pre-reqs and speak with adviser(s). *2 Intro to Engineering Tools: MATLAB and Simulink is recommended, but not required. *3 Humanities & Social Science electives: 18 H/SS units required; all may be taken Pass/Fail. H/SS courses include: All Art courses from depts F10/F20, and any A&S, Arch, or Business courses tagged with an “EN: S” or “EN: H” attribute. *4 En Math “A”/318 and “B”/319 may be taken simultaneously OR in *any* order, provided student has completed Differential Equations, BUT EnMath 318 must be completed before EECE 301, Transport Phenomena I. *5 E44 202 is the Chemical Engineering computer class requirement. Students are not required to take additional computing course(s). *6 Chemical Engineering electives can include 300 level or higher EECE courses and/or select Engineering and physical science courses. Consult with your faculty advisor for more information. *7 E60 4501, 4502, 4503, Engineering Ethics and Sustainability, Leadership and Team Building and Conflict Management and Problem Solving in Engineering are required courses. These 3, one unit courses also fulfill 3 units of Social Science at the 300 level for Engineering, and are usually taken in the junior year. These three classes are not required to be taken together.
