Focus on identification and palpation muscles: Locate the muscles on the following page; explore the shape and texture of the muscles. Palpate the muscle belly, strum through muscle fibers. To experience different textures and states of muscles, ask partner contract the muscle by performing the primary movement of the muscle or muscle group.
