Megan Britt is Director – Investment Management at DuPont Pioneer, where she leads a team of
investment professionals, working closely with senior management to develop an aligned investment
strategy across three key asset classes to ensure global investments are connected with business
objectives and the business portfolio is balanced to deliver results across time horizons. Megan is
accountable for driving a dynamic, milestone-based management process to improve decision quality,
allow necessary business flexibility, improve overall resource transparency, and drive innovation.
Prior to her current role, Megan served in a number of other roles for DuPont Pioneer. She was a senior
finance manager with accountability for leading financial planning and decision analysis for R&D,
production, M&A, and investment allocation. Megan also provided strategic direction for financial
forensics of major seed and chemical companies. She was also marketing manager, responsible for
soybean product strategy and soybean business and product line planning, where she directed the
product launch planning efforts for high oleic soybeans. She also worked as an economist with
responsibility for econometric modeling and economic forecasting activities for the agriculture industry
worldwide, tracking global macroeconomic trends and providing market projections for strategic planning.
In addition to her tenure at DuPont Pioneer, Megan worked at the Principal Financial Group as a senior
analyst in corporate marketing with responsibility for driving business intelligence projects, including
customer and advisor segmentation, asset persistency measurement, and cross-sell modeling.
Outside of work, Megan is a member of the Des Moines Symphony Orchestra Board of Trustees and the
United Way of Central Iowa Education Leadership Initiative Advisory Council, where she serves as cochair of the Membership Development Committee.
