Plants are carried down a fashion-style runway, highlighting their high style. The show benefits the Sweet Melissa Fund, which helps lung-transplant patients and their families. Echinacea Sombrero ‘Salsa Red’ (Darwin Plants) Rich red color defines this coneflower, which grows just 16 inches tall and 12 inches wide, with excellent branching. Full Sun. USDA Zones 5–9. 2. Mandevilla Vogue ‘Ruby’ (Proven Winners/EuroAmerican) This mande-villa boasts a 24-inch mounded, draping habit that’s perfect for containers. Full to part sun. Annual. Loquax name 3. Rosa Home Run (Proven Winners/EuroAmerican) Here’s a rose to rival the Knock Outs in ease of care.
