Rectification of Birth Time through Ruling Planets.What are the Ruling Planets?
The Sign lord of the Ascendant, the Star lord of the Ascendant, the Sign lord of
Moon, Star lord of the Moon at the time of query or judgment and the day lord are
called the “Ruling Planets”
If Rahu or Ketu is in conjunction or aspect with the ruling planet; or if it occupies
the sign owned by the ruling planet Rahu or Ketu should be included as the ruling
planet. The ruling planet which is in the star or sub of a retrograde planet should
be omitted. Among the ruling planets the Ascendant’s Star lord, the Ascendant
Sign lord, Moon’s Star lord, Moon’s Sign lord and the day lord are in order of
preference.
The ruling planets at the time of judgment correspond or agree or tally with:(i) the ruling planets at the birth; (or)
(ii) the sign lord, star lord, sub lord and sub-sub lord or the Ascendant at the birth.
The sign lord, star lord, sub lord and the sub-sub lord of the Ascendant at birth are
found either in the star or sub of the ruling planets at the time of judgment.

The ruling planets at the birth should tally with the ruling planets at the time of
judgment.
Jupiter at birth is in the sub of Venus, the R.P.at the time of judgment. Mercury at
birth is in the star of Rahu, the R.P.at the time of judgment.

Rule: -If the sub lord of the 7th cusp is the significator of 2, 7, or11 the native
will marry. If it is the significator of 1, 6 or 10 without 2, 7, or11, the native will
not marry.
In this natal chart, the 7th CSL Rahu is the occupant of 7 and he is in the
constellation of Saturn the owner of 10 and 11 in 2. In this birth chart, Rahu acts
as agent for Jupiter (11- 9, 2) and Mars (10-7, 8). Thus Rahu signifies 2-7-11. So
the marriage is promised to this native.
Next let us know whether it is a love marriage or an arranged one.5th lord Sun and the 7th lord Mars. Both are in the sub of Sun (2-11-5).
5th CSL Jupiter and 7th CSL Rahu are in the star of Saturn (2-7-11).In addition to
it; both Rahu and Jupiter are in trine aspect. It indicates a strong connection in
between 5th and 7th Cuspal Sub lords.
K.P.Rule:- If the sub lord of the 5th cusp is deposited in the constellation
of a planet who is the significator of the houses 7 and 11, then
materialization of love affair is promised.
5th cuspal sub lord Jupiter is deposited in the constellation of Saturn who is the
significator of 7 and 11. So love affair will be materialized successfully as Saturn
does not signify 6 or 12.

Except Moon and Ketu, all the remaining planets have become the significators
for 2-7-and 11. So it is very difficult to select the fructification period of the
event.
So, the next step for us is only to select the fruitful significators.
Rule: - The planet whose sub lord is the significator of the house
detrimental to the house or houses under consideration should be
eliminated first.
Rahu, Sun and Mars are in the sub of Sun+ (2 – 11 - 10,11 - 5)
Venus is in the sub of Mercury+ (7 - 11 – 3, 6)
Mercury and Saturn are in the sub of Moon (1-4), without 2-7-11 So do not
consider Mercury and Saturn as a fruitful significator.
Jupiter is in the sub of Venus+ (1 -12 – 1, 2). Venus is a feeble significator for 2.
Besides, Venus having no planets in her stars holds the sub lordship of 4 & 10
which are negations for marriage. So do not consider Jupiter as a fruitful
significator.
After deleting the three planets (i.e.) Mercury, Saturn and Jupiter from the list of
fruitful significators, only four planets are remained as fruitful significators.
What are they? They are Rahu, Sun, Mars and Venus.
Therefore, during the conjoint period of these four planets only the marriage
should take place.
At Present, Moon Dasa is running from 27-12-2003 to 27-12-2013.
Moon is the lord of 4 and also the occupant of 4. She is in the constellation of
Ketu who signifies 1 & 4. Moon is in the sub of Jupiter who owns 9 and 12 in 11.
But Jupiter is not having any planets in his stars, holding the sub lordship for 1st,
5th, 6th, 11th and 12th cusps. Then how can Moon offer marriage in her Dasa?
1st, 6th and 12th are negation for marriage. 5th and 11th are favourable for marriage.
Negative houses =3; Positive houses =2. Therefore, I hope that Moon will never
offer marriage in her Dasa.
Next coming dasa (after Moon) is Mars Dasa. As Mars is a fruitful significator,
the marriage will take place in this dasa.
Marriage will take place during the conjoint period of the fruitful significators of
Mars-Rahu-Venus-Sun (There must be only with in these four planets as
D/B/A/S.)
Mars dasa/Mars Bhukti = 27-12-2013 to 24-5-2014.
Mars dasa/Mars Bhukti/Rahu antra = 05-01-2014 to 27-01-2014.
In my opinion, marriage takes place during the period of *Mars dasa/Mars
bhukti/Rahu Antra/Venus Sookshma = 19-01-2014 to 23-01-2014.
