SKLADNEVA, Candidate of Veterinary Sciences VU CHUMAKOV, Doctor of Veterinary Science, Professor FGOBU VPO "Khakassia State University them. N.F. Katanov ", Russia The purpose of the study - a description of the topography and morphometric parameters of regional lymph nodes bladder dogs in postnatal ontogenesis. Material and methods. Studies were performed on autopsy material obtained from 135 mongrel dogs of both sexes 5 age groups (infants, weaning period, puberty, physiological maturity and the expression of senile changes) without evidence of disease of the genitourinary system and infectious diseases. Live weight of adult dogs was 3- to 6 kg. The study applied the classical morphological techniques: interstitial injection of lymphatic channel colored masses, preparation and morphometry. Results and discussion. The study found that all regional lymph nodes bladder dogs lie podbryushinnye in the space defined by the bifurcation of the aorta and caudal vena cava. The frequency of occurrence of the lymph nodes, the number and shape can vary in the postnatal ontogeny. By the regional lymph nodes constant bladder in dogs classified lateral and medial iliac and hypogastric lymph nodes. Caudal lumbar lymph node single, has a predominantly oval and lies at the mouth of the lumbar arteries, cranial bordering with lumbar lymphatic trunk. In the lymph node, if any fall afferent lymph vessels, lymph diverting from the dorsal surface of the bladder. For veterinary Morphologists, clinicians and surgeons of great practical significance have information about the magnitude of the lymph nodes in postnatal development, so in our work, we brought morphometry length, width and thickness of all regional lymph nodes bladder dogs that best reflects their actual size.Morphometric parameters of regional lymph nodes bladder dogs in postnatal ontogenesis increase with a high degree of reliability (P <0,001), up until the animals mature. With the onset of the period expressed senile changes the length, width and thickness of all regional lymph nodes bladder dogs slightly decreaseWe found that the regional lymph nodes of the bladder dogs represented by paired medial and lateral iliac and hypogastric lymph nodes, as well as unpaired caudal lumbar lymph node. Morphometric characteristics of the regional lymph nodes of the urinary dogs in postnatal development increases until the animals reach adult-hood. With the onset of a period marked senile changes the length, width and thick-ness of the regional lymph nodes of the bladder dogs are reduced. Lymph node, bladder, dog, postnatal ontogenesis.
