Companies and Firms: Consultancy Services for Reengineering, Modification, Operation & Maintenance,
Training and Support Services
A computerized application has been designed, developed and implemented
for automation of RJSC business. The application is now in operation. RJSC
now intends to engage a Consultant for the purpose of –

Re-engineering and modification of the computerized application in
operation,

Operation and Maintenance of the computerized application in
operation, and

Training and support services of RJSC staff in respect of the
computerized application

Delivery
Capacity
Interested national consulting firms having 10 years of experience in the IT
field are hereby invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI)
documents as under indicating their desire and competence in providing the
required services.
Required
(a) brochures summarizing Applicant's facilities and areas of expertise;
(b) descriptions of similar assignments (during last 10 years);
(c) experience in similar operating environments and conditions;
(d) availability of appropriate experience and professional qualifications
among Applicant's staff and adequate resources to carry out the
assignment ; and
(e) managerial strength and financial capacity
The firm must be a registered company in Bangladesh and submit duly
attested copy of valid Trade license, Certificate of incorporation, Income tax
certificate, VAT registration, Financial turnover documents (of year ending
2005, 06, 07, 08 and 09), Bank solvency certificate and BASIS membership
certificate
