Bonjour !
Thank you so much for your interest in commissioning me to create some
great photographs and portraits for your PERSONAL use, and MEMORIES, or for
your BUSINESS use, and professional image/marketing needs… something that is
such an immense source of joy to our lives (and to our loved ones) for personal
PORTRAITS, as well as something that is also so CRITICAL to any BUSINESS today
and as we live in a world where our “ IMAGE ” is such a huge part of how we are
perceived, as well as of how the quality of the products and services that we offer
is perceived and valued by our prospective customers…
My fees to create EXCLUSIVE PORTRAITS, CONTEMPORARY HEADSHOTS
and any other kind of EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHS for your BUSINESS, or for your
PERSONAL/FAMILY use and enjoyment, are based on 2 components/variables, as
well as on how much time is necessary for each of them…
The very first component is how long it will take to do your actual photo
shoot…
I almost always shoot on LOCATION for doing so brings so much more
richness and uniqueness to your portraits - and if you have a particular location
dear to your heart, or important to you for any personal or business reasons,
including of course your home or someone else’s, your business, your retail
location etc. I can usually come do your photo shoot right at your own location
which will make your PHOTOGRAPHS/PORTRAITS/HEADSHOTS greatly STAND
OUT in a very unique and major way, from their very unique feeling and edge
from being shot “on location” and which is exactly what you need and want
whether it is for your business, or for your personal image and memories (on the

contrary, photos created in a studio will simply never be able to achieve the same
result as the only surroundings and lighting set ups available to them are, from
their very nature of being in one same location, always the same).
The second component coming into pricing and my fees is how many
hours I will spend doing the final editing/post production/Photoshop retouching
on the final digital photos that I will deliver to you 
That part of the process of the creating great photographs for you is also
more commonly known as “retouching” or “airbrushing”.
Just as an example of a typical photo shoot, we might shoot 200 to 300
RAW photos of during a PORTRAIT photo shoot and then, out of these RAW
photos I will let you pick (or can do it for you if you prefer) your #1 FAVORITE
PHOTOGRAPH, and this is the one which I will touch up and edit for you to end up
delivering it to you as your final and perfectly finished exclusive
PORTRAIT/HEADSHOT.
Also, if you happen to be on a budget but still need 3 portraits in 3 different
outfits for example, there are of course ways to “cut corners” and save money
(from proportionally saving time) and spend for example your 2 hours photo
shoot at one same location and have you change outfits there… the downside of
course is that this will allocate less time to capture each single outfit and we also
won’t be able to achieve drastic variations in the location (unlike if, for example,
we were shooting one outfit (“professional/business” look for example) in a CITY
setting… then another outfit (softer and more romantic for example) in a
COUNTRYSIDE setting, or by a lake or large field, or forest etc… and then a third (a
FITNESS outfit for example) shot inside a gym, or on a running path etc… Each and
every single location and outfit depicting you in various emotions, styles and looks
as most models or actress/actors need… or also for “Profiles” on social Media
websites such as Match.com®, eHarmony®, Facebook® etc…

I will always totally adjust to your personal needs and wishes to create
exactly what you need, while I will also always do my best to work with you and
within your budget… Your reading of these brief explanations will help you
understand what are the upsides and downsides of each options, as well as the
time needs (and costs) of each option and choices…
My fees will vary according to what kind of Photographs (and how many)
you will be commissioning me to create for you, or for your business...
When you decide to commission a GREAT PORTRAIT or GREAT HEADSHOT
of yourself (or of your loved ones), and whether it is for PERSONAL or BUSINESS
use, I often like to use the analogy that it is a little bit like choosing to acquire a
REAL and UNIQUE PAINTING from an Artist … as opposed to just buying a print
copy for $50 from a department store… It will only take a few minutes to create
the print copy… but it will takes many hours (and much expertise and years of
experience) to create a beautiful and truly soulful Art piece… and it is the very
same with photography…

 a CORPORATE GROUP SHOT for your business
- or  a PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOT(s) for yourself and/or your
employees
I am very used to working with CORPORATIONS and BUSINESSES of all sizes, as well as
with PROFESSIONALS in very many industries, and from my expertise in doing so I am very
aware that creating high end photos, while being vital to your marketing and image, also has a
“time cost” on your employees and on yourself… so please know that I am extremely mindful
of that for you and I will do everything possible to keep that "downtime" cost to a very
minimum for you.
I will make the actual time spent with each person excessively minimal by setting up
everything well in advance for you and for your employees (all the lightings and strobes,
backdrops, fine tuning my lighting with my assistants instead of your employees or yourself
etc... ). It might take us from 30mn to 1 hour ( or up to several hours for large CORPORATE
GROUP SHOTS) to set up our lighting strobes, backdrops etc… but I will only bring in your
employees (or yourself) once all is perfectly set up and I will take, as an example, a maximum
of only 5 to 7 minutes of your time (or your employee’s) for your PROFESSIONAL/CORPORATE
HEADSHOT, before you can return to focusing on running your business.
Ps: it might take a few minutes longer if the subject is wearing glasses which sometimes
require more fine tuning to find the perfect angle to avoid any glare on the glasses and create a
perfect headshot

Ps2: we can of course come to your offices or business and create all your
CORPORATE HEADSHOTS or GROUP SHOTS right at your location, therefore saving you and
your employees from having to drive to a photo studio – as I often do for my clients we can
create back to back headshots of all your employees in whichever order is most convenient to
you and to them
Ps3: if you are commissioning me to create a CONTEMPORARY PROFESSIONAL
HEADSHOT for you (with a different “feel” and look than a more traditional studio looking
headshot) and you can give me 30mn to an hour of your time for the actual shoot I will then be
more than happy to also invest that same time and “take our time”  together for your photo
shoot and the creation of that headshot for you… (the context that I mentioned here above of
making it as “fast” as possible is ONLY if time is of the essence for your business and you only
have a few minutes to allocate to the shoot… otherwise, being able to take a little more time
makes things of course easier and even more productive)

If you commission me to create your HEADSHOT(s) while ALSO having me create

Pascal Monmoine offers 2 different approaches to your Boudoir private Photo Shoot...
Option A - Extensive series of CANDID RAW PHOTOGRAPHS : Pascal will capture VERY
MANY photos of you through your photo shoot, and deliver to you all the RAW
unretouched/unPhotoshopped photographs from your shoot, if what you prefer is indeed the
“RAW” unretouched emotion and feeling for your photographs...
-orOption B – Creation of 3 “PERFECT” RETOUCHED PORTRAITS (which will ALSO INCLUDES
Option A meaning that you will ALSO in that option get all the RAW unretouched candid
photographs from your photo shoot) : In that option, Pascal will focus all of his attention on
creating for you 3 (or more if you would like to extend your budget to create more than 3)
“PERFECT” final PORTRAITS, fully retouched and “Photoshoped”, just as he does for all his
modeling and magazine clients and just like you see in magazines and fashion advertisments,
and delivering to you the final digital version of these 3 Portraits.
In both options, your personal exclusive photo shoot will probably have Pascal shooting
anywhere between 100 and 400 photographs (or sometimes even more, depending on your
budget and how long your photo shoot will be) from which you and him will pick your very
favorites 3 ( if you chose option B ) that he will then perfectly retouch and “designed” for you.
You will discuss with Pascal prior to the shoot what kind of make up and hairstyle might be

Note: I will size and deliver to you the FINAL PHOTOGRAPH to the size/ratio that will
be most complimentary to your building/office design and overall “feel”, but should you
want a specific size, please send us an email about it PRIOR to your photo shoot
 Your fee will INCLUDE:
 the PHOTO SHOOT itself
 the extensive EDITING/RETOUCHING of the photo
 the UNLIMITED RIGHTS for you to use the FINAL PHOTOGRAPH which I
will deliver to you in any and all MEDIAS (your business Website and Facebook ®

PHOTOGRAPHS for you (group shot, candid photos of your clients and/or employees,
architectural photographs of your building, headshots etc. ), all at the same time (and
for a minimum of $1,200 of total cumulative billings), then your ARCHITECTURAL
PHOTOGRAPH/PORTRAIT of one PARTICULAR ROOM will be only billed $430 (instead of
the regular fee of $520)

Creating a series of

For that very particular assignment, Pascal Monmoine will come to the location of your
choice and he will be working (photographing) around your favorite “best friend(s)”… letting
her or him (or them  ) just be… be free… be their own beautiful self… Pascal’s role being to
capture your best friend’s life just as it happens… just as they do whatever it is that they enjoy
doing…
Pascal’s goal in that commission, will be to create for you 40 to 50 CANDID PHOTOGRAPHS
of your best friend… both in traditional showcasing of her or him… but also in many ways and
details which are very unique to Pascal’s style of artistic photography and portraiture…
probably surprising you with many very soulful shots that you might have never thought of
capturing… or making you discover many new visual beauties of your best friend…
 Time allocated for your actual PHOTO SHOOT: 1 to 2 hours

be able to order that for a nominal additional fee of $90 per photo that you
would like to be retouched

For that very particular assignment, Pascal Monmoine will come to your business and he
will be working (photographing) around your employees, your clients and yourself (he will of
course be extremely mindful to not interrupt or disrupt your work or your employee’s work).
Doing so, he will capture a series of 150 to 200 CANDID PHOTOGRAPHS, featuring and
showcasing “ life happening ” at your business, capturing it of in an, of course, very attractive
way…
He will be creating candid photographs of YOUR EMPLOYEES (and yourself; as well if you so
wish) while they are interacting and servicing your CUSTOMERS, all in the spirit of showcasing
your business in a visually very appealing manner and to create photographs for you to use in

all of your marketing and advertising material.
He might also capture some of the products, equipment or instruments that you use in the
course of your business, showcasing everything in the very unique style that is his trademark,
and creating for you photographs which will be both ARTISTIC (making them very appealing to
your potential customers’ senses), while also having a very high end “COMMERCIAL” and
polished look/feel, giving your viewers (potential customers and partners who you will use
these photos to communicate with and advertise to) a VERY PROFESSIONAL perception and
valuation of your business.
Pascal Monmoine will then let you pick (or he will do it for you if you prefer?) your 10
FAVORITE PHOTOGRAPHS from the 150+ RAW photos that he will have created during that
photo shoot.
He will then apply a basic touch up to your 10 selections and these will be the final
photographs that will then be digitally delivered to you and that you will then be totally free to
use as much as you want and for as long as you will want to, for all your marketing,
advertising, website, PR, business cards, brochures, and any and all of your business needs.
(Note: the touch up that will be applied to all 10 selections will be a BASIC touch up and not as extensive
as the full skin, eyes, teeth etc. touch ups that he does in a very advanced way for a single headshot or
for a portrait)
So the goal of such a photo shoot is to create for you and all your marketing/advertising
GREAT CANDID and VISUALLY APPEALING photographs to be used for all your prospective
new customers, offering to their eyes, minds and senses a very ATTRACTIVE but also VERY
HIGH END and VERY PROFESSIONAL image of what their own “experience” will be if they
choose to use your services… and become a new client for you.
