Biographical Summaries
Rob Mustich is a Principal and the Executive Compensation and Rewards Practice Leader
in Towers Perrin's Washington, D.C. office. He provides human resource and executive
compensation consulting services to public and closely held corporations in a variety of
industries. He has worked closely with management and outside directors in the design and
delivery of reward programs that are linked to performance, the creation of shareholder
value and business strategy.
Rob has over twenty years experience and has worked closely with management and
outside directors in the design and delivery of reward programs that are linked to
performance, the creation of organizational value and business strategy. He works with a
variety of national and global clients in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.
Rob has a BBA degree in Human Resource Management from American University. Before
joining Towers Perrin, Rob was a practice leader in a national human resources consulting
firm. In addition, he held executive line and human resource positions at a major
telecommunications company. Rob is a frequent speaker on emerging issues and trends in
executive compensation.

Stacey Hawley
Stacey Hawley is an Executive Compensation and Rewards Senior Consultant in Towers
Perrin’s Washington, D.C. office.
Stacey has over nine years experience focused on assisting clients with the design and
implementation of compensation strategies and programs to help them manage
performance, focus employees on critical goals, and link compensation programs to
business strategies and objectives. She works with a variety of national and global clients
in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors:
Stacey graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations and
received her MBA from the University of Maryland.
