Horny Goat Weed is believed to be one of the most potent aphrodisiacs
available for both men and women. The flavonoid content is said to

testosterone levels. Testosterone stimulates centers of the brain having

prescribed for women suffering from decreased sexual motivation. It was
also claimed that it improved sexual performance in patients undergoing
hemo-dialysis for renal failure. Although the exact way that Horny Goat
Weed acts is not fully understood, it is thought that an enzyme called
acetylcholinesterase supports high levels of the key cholinergic
neurotransmitters that are associated with sexual arousal, and,
certainly, the plant has been in use for centuries to restore sexual
desire in both women and men.
With specific regard to male sexuality, Kee Chang Juang, Ph.D., Professor
Emeritus of Pharmacology at the University of Louisville, Kentucky,
claimed that in laboratory research, Epimidium (Horny Goat Weed)
appeared to have a sexual stimulatory effect on human males and may also
stimulate the growth of the testes. In addition, it was also reported
that men who took this herb showed a boost in erectile function and an
increase in spermatozoa production. In the Chinese Materia Medica,
Pharmacist, You-Ping Shu, Ph.D., reported that in animal laboratory
experiments, there was an increase in semen secretion, and Horny Goat
Weed is also thought to be useful in cases of involuntary and premature
ejaculation.
Red Korean Ginseng: Korean Ginseng has long been reported to be an
aphrodisiac: Chemicals in Ginseng are thought to stimulate the part of
the brain known as the hypothalamus to direct the production of hormones
that stimulate cell growth and healing in the sex organs. It is also
believed to promote better blood circulation within the penis, and an
Italian study found that Ginseng use increased testosterone levels, as
well as the number and motility of sperm cells.
Damiana: As a sexual stimulant, Damiana has been used for thousands of
years as a potent aphrodisiac that is said to help a variety of problems.
It apparently contains elements that are thought to directly stimulate
the nerves, genitals, blood circulation and metabolism, and it is
believed to increase sex drive in both men and women. In males, Damiana
is said to treat impotence and relieve erectile failure in attempts at
repeated intercourse after orgasm. It is also believed to increase sperm
count. As an aphrodisiac, women have found Damiana very helpful. It is
said to encourage delivery of oxygen to the genital area and stimulate
the genitals, which has been useful in cases where there is lack of
desire and frigidity. It is also thought to increase the level of
pleasure during sex and treat sexual trauma.
Catuaba Bark:
Catuaba has an almost legendary reputation as an aphrodisiac and is said
to enhance sexual drive and increase libido in both women and men.
According to Dr. Michael van Straten, noted British herbalist and
naturopath, Catuaba is beneficial to both men and women as an aphrodisiac
(treating frigidity and low sex drive in women), but it is in the area of
male impotence and Erectile Dysfunction (ED) that the men achieve
striking results. The herb appears to stimulate the central nervous
system and increase libido and circulation in the male reproduction
organ. It is often called an "innocent" aphrodisiac, meaning that it
enhances libido without any side effects. Even after long-term use, there

Penna claims that the only side effects reported have been erotic dreams
and increased sexual desire. Its actions as a nervous system stimulant
act directly on the genital organs as a tonic for genital function.
Muria Puama Muirapauma is widely used as an aphrodisiac for both men and
women, and some scientists say the herb increases testosterone levels,
but that claim has not been clinically proven. In the case of male
sexuality, it is regarded as one of the best and most effective herbs to
counteract erectile dysfunction and impotence. In a paper presented to
the International Congress on Ethno-pharmacology in 1990, in Strasbourg,
France, a study of 262 patients who complained of erectile impotence or
lack of libido noted that sixty two percent of those who received the
herb claimed that the treatment had positive effects within two weeks and
greatly improved their sex lives. It is thought that when Muirapauma is
used by sexually healthy men and women, it will enhance arousal and
prolong the sexual experience. The herb is believed to treat impotence in
men and frigidity in women. South American tribal couples sometimes drink
a Muirapauma tea before planned lovemaking to heighten sexual desire. The
exact mechanism of the herb's efficacy is still under investigation, as
the responsible constituents have not yet been isolated, but preliminary
reports say that it works by enhancing both physical and psychological
aspects of sexual function
Tongkat ali (eurycoma longifolia) is a very effective herb for many
reasons. It is said to increase testosterone levels natually thus
enhancing sex drive, helping with energy levels, muscle definition.

Emeritus of Pharmacology at the University of Louisville, Kentucky,
claimed that in laboratory research, Epimidium (Horny Goat Weed)
appeared to have a sexual stimulatory effect on human males and may also
stimulate the growth of the testes. In addition, it was also reported
that men who took this herb showed a boost in erectile function and an
increase in spermatozoa production. In the Chinese Materia Medica,
Pharmacist, You-Ping Shu, Ph.D., reported that in animal laboratory

Weed is also thought to be useful in cases of involuntary and premature

Red Korean Ginseng: Korean Ginseng has long been reported to be an
aphrodisiac: Chemicals in Ginseng are thought to stimulate the part of
the brain known as the hypothalamus to direct the production of hormones
that stimulate cell growth and healing in the sex organs. It is also
believed to promote better blood circulation within the penis, and an
Italian study found that Ginseng use increased testosterone levels, as
well as the number and motility of sperm cells.
Damiana: As a sexual stimulant, Damiana has been used for thousands of
years as a potent aphrodisiac that is said to help a variety of problems.
It apparently contains elements that are thought to directly stimulate
the nerves, genitals, blood circulation and metabolism, and it is

How do I take Tongkat Ali?
For men, suggested dose for daily maintenance is 200-800 mg, two days on,
one day off with a full glass of water. Start with the lowest possible
dosage. You should feel a "warming sensation" in your body after an hour.
For an extra boost, you should take an additional 200mg one hour prior to
intense physical activity. For sexual enhancement, you can take 200mg one
hour prior to sexual activity.
A small 1/8 teaspoon is 575mg for reference.
For women, take 50mg 1 hour prior to sexual activity.
Results may vary due to age, weight, metabolism, and health.
It is not necessary to eat before taking longjack as absorption is better

My Life
Before Detox (Had already lost 20lb) 2004
AFTER Detox (Lost about 50 total) 2008 (that's a friend, not my husband).
Hello. Thanks for stopping by. My name is Carrie.
I'll try to briefly explain what happened to me and why I sell my detox
kits. The one photo with the boxer was taken after I had been doing some
cleanses and detoxing for about 6 months, so I had already lost weight
and was feeling better. I can't put any photos of when I was really heavy
because I refused to have any photos taken at that weight if anyone
understands that.
So, in 2000 or so, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. It is like Chronic
Fatigue with widespread body pain. I deteriorated so much I was in bed
all the time and my husband had to give me baths and wash my hair because
I couldn't lift my arms because of the pain.
At the time, they didn't know anything about it but said there was no
known cause and no known cure. One morning I just felt like I was hit by
a truck and all my muscles or in between my muscles (fascia) hurt. It's
hard to remember now. I was just really sick. I went for injections in
the muscles of my back and shoulders every couple of weeks. I went to
physical therapy, accupuncture, massage. I took a lot of pain killers. I
think I was on 8 different types of pills per day for depression,
anxiety, inflammation, pain, whatever. I was about 31 years old. I
prayed for a miracle or for God to end my life.
One day my brother Tim send me this book, "The Detox Book" by Bruce Fife.
I read it and started a few things in there. The first thing I did was a
coffee enema (with all the energy I could muster and help from my
husband). The chapter on the colon was so important for me. My colon was
stagnated and it was polluting my body. I didn't have a hideous disease,
I was constipated all the time. I started studying the effects of food on
your body. I started studying herbs and cleansing and detoxification.
Here's a bit of information for you:

Leaky gut is a draining condition marked by tiny perforations in the
lining of the small intestine. Now believed to affect one in five
American women linked to chronic stress and the consumption of processed
foods. (Affects men as well.) .
Anyway, I started a colon cleanse with capsules and a kidney cleanse as
well. After 2 days, I did another coffee enema. The day after that, I
did another coffee enema.
In the meantime, I stopped eating: sugar, meat, cheese, white flour,
white rice, and a host of other things. I stopped drinking coffee.
Within 2 weeks I had a marked improvement of my back pain. Within one
month, even the pain up and down my spine was gone. I had switched to
organic food. I switched to distilled water. I stopped wearing a bra.
(For a while anyway, because bras and tight clothing blocks the lymph and
toxins from flowing in and out of your body.)
I just stopped adding pollutants any place and anwhere I could. I
removed all amalgram (metal) fillings from my mouth and replaced with the
plastic ones.
I got better. I started walking everyday. I took hot baths with peroxide
(35% food grade I think I used) in the bathwater. I think I used dead
sea salt as well.
So. I guess I had leaky-gut syndrome caused by eating processed foods,
GMO foods, having too much candida in my gut, and too much stress, too
much sugar, too much coffee with sugar, and not eating until early
evening... And probably from not eating enough vegetables. I basically
ran myself ragged. My body just said, "ENOUGH."
I needed to take care of myself now. But, the Fibromyalgia was totally
cured or put into remission, or whatever they want to call it.
I stopped all the medication after 3 weeks. That was NOT FUN. But, I
wasn't in pain any longer, so I had to stop taking in those toxins.
But, that was in 2003 that I changed everything. It is now 2010. I lost
more than 50 pounds and it stayed off.

I started eating organic red meat or chicken 2 or 3 times per week I eat
some dairy now. I have eaten some junk food, and yes, it makes me sick
and tired, so I go back to organic, healthy food. But the
Fibromyalgia/CFS hasn't come back. I know that I have to cleanse my body
and eat right. Sometimes those commercials are oh so tempting.... But
then I remember that it's just clever marketing so big companies can make
money at the expense of our health.
Anyway, for people who are just a bit sick and tired of being sick and
tired, try detoxing. Try avoiding sugar, and white flour, and doing a
body cleanse. Use Stevia Extract instead. We are supposed to eat more
than 50% raw foods such as nuts, seeds and fruits and veggies for optimum
health. Try Kefir! It similar to yogurt but made out of grains. You can
get them from Whole foods and Trader Joes. Chlorella & Spirulina are the
best SUPER GREEN FOODS on earth for Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids. Chlorella
has most of your essential amino acids. I have them both in my store.
They both have vitamins and minerals and are instantly absorbed for
energy.
If you aren't a fan of fish, and don't want mercury poisoning,
take those. Chlorella and fresh cilantro actually remove mercury from
your body.
