Considering that the planned combustion turbine is to be available for the 2015‐ 2 2016 operating season, is there a point in time where delays in receiving 3 environmental approval or securing a supplier makes the project proposed in this 4 application no longer justifiable? 5 6 7 A. Environmental approval has been received for all of the different aspects of this 8 project (please see Hydro’s response to NP‐NLH‐017) and the eight diesels are on‐ 9 site at Holyrood. Therefore, delays in receiving environmental approval or securing 10 a supplier are not applicable in considering whether or not this project is justifiable.
