• 1. List everything you ate and drank yesterday in order.
– Example:
• Breakfast: 10 egg whites, 1 serving oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of
peanut butter
• Snack: can of tuna fish
• Lunch: Chicken Breast, 1 cup of brown rice, 1 cup of broccoli
• Dinner: Chicken Breast, 1 sweet potato, 1 cup of broccoli
• 1 gallon of water (3.78L)
2. Get with one partner and look over your diet for the previous
day.
3.Discuss what changes could be made in order to eat healthier.
4. Plan out tomorrows diet that you could follow that will be
healthier for you.
