Product Description
Product Applications
This antibody recognizes the CD23 antigen, a type II integral
membrane glycoprotein expressed by B cells, moncytes, and
other cell types. CD23, also known as FcεRII, serves as a low
affinity receptor for IgE and appears to play a role in the negative
feedback regulation of IgE synthesis. CD23 also associates with
CD21, integrin αM (CD11b), and integrin αX (CD11c).
Applications reported for the Mouse Anti-Human IgE Fc
Receptor CD23 monoclonal antibody include flow cytometry and
immunofluorescence.
Product Specifications
Because conditions may vary, it is recommended that each
investigator determine the optimal amount of antibody to be
used for each application.

Storage Buffer
Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium
azide
CAUTION! Sodium azide is extremely toxic and may
react with lead and copper plumbing to form highly
explosive metal azides. Properly dispose of solutions
containing sodium azide. Read the Safety Data Sheet
(SDS) and follow the handling instructions. Wear
appropriate protective eyewear, clothing, and gloves.
