CHISINAU, August 1, 2013 — The Chief of Main Staff, National Army Commander, Brigad
Stoian, met today with the graduates of Air Force Military Academy “Henri Coanda” from Brasov
The National Army Commander congratulated the new lieutenants on the graduation and on being c

Stoian expressed his gratitude to the Ministry of National Defense of Romania for the support
Republic of Moldova in training our military in Romanian educational institutions, especially tak
that all the expenses are covered by Bucharest.
The same day, the young lieutenants, who studied aviation, were assigned positions at Air Base “D
aircraft missile regiment “Dimitrie Cantemir”. According to the Head of Human Resource Mana

The training of the Moldovan military in Romania is based on the Protocol of cooperation in the m
