When The Father's House decided to develop a new church
campus on a 22-acre site in a business park, they already had a
defined vision and a clear idea of what the end-result should be.
Idibri was asked to join the design team and lead a technical
systems design workshop to ensure that ministry goals were met.
As an accelerated delivery method, the four-day collaborative
workshop gathered together the key church decision makers as
well as the architect and contracting teams. Technical systems
design, engineering details, architectural accommodation and
coordination issues were all addressed while tracking actual
costs. The result was a systems design that not only exceeded
the ministry goals but also fit within budget.
