A number of stand-alone systems were supporting the delivery of ministry programs and services. These systems helped the ministry capture a wide array of information, but they were isolated from each other, which made it difficult for internal case workers and external service providers to collaborate on case management. Case workers spent much time focusing on administrative tasks instead of contributing the well-being of their clients. The Solution: The new solution integrates numerous systems, enabling case workers and external partners to collaborate on case management. The streamlined process means that users spend less time on administrative tasks and more time focused on outcomes and the long-term well-being of the ministry’s clients. The integrated case management functionality has also provided users with access to timely, relevant information, thereby improving their decision-making capabilities. Furthermore, the security architecture empowers external service providers and clients to access, view, change and submit information.
