WORK EXPERIENCE
Freelance Videographer/Editor
June 2014-Present
I am the owner of Black Jacket Productions, which is the company I created under which I perform my freelance work.
My current project is a documentary about the 50th anniversary of the building of the Watergate Complex, which was just
submitted to an architectural and design film festival. This project included filming interviews of the key people involved
in building the Watergate, and b-roll of the Washington, D.C. area. I also filmed the 50th anniversary party of the building
of the Watergate, which was held at the John F. Kennedy Center of Performing Arts. On other projects with which I have
assisted, I transport, set up, and operate various production equipment, including cameras, audio and video recorders,
lighting equipment, props, and microphones. I operate and maintain proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and
video recorders, and other production equipment. I have experience with shooting in front of a green screen and making
my own special effects. I have written and directed some short films, a music video, and a documentary, and have
assisted others in making theirs. As an editor, I evaluate and select scenes to include in a video, edit raw footage and
review assembled videotape on screen to make any color and/or sound corrections, add sound effects, add any royalty-free
music from music sound libraries or websites, or anything else the customer may request.
Target Retail Store
Flow Team Member/Backroom Team Member
September 2015-Present
This is a part-time job that I work while trying to start my company, Black Jacket Productions. As a Flow Team Member
I assist in unloading the merchandise truck, stocking the merchandise, and help make the store look as welcoming as
possible for the customers. As a Backroom Team member, I locate and place extra merchandise into the stockroom, stock
merchandise on the sales floor, and keep the receiving area and stockroom clean and safe. I also train new employees.

and Premiere. (I was laid off due to budget constraints.)
Quriosity Productions
September 2014 - January 2015
As an intern/assistant editor, I organized and converted footage, edited small projects, such as music performances, and
assisted in other projects, as needed.
The Raphy Report, Fredonia, New York
January to June 2012
As a Blog columnist, I attended a movie once a week and wrote a weekly movie review for an online newsletter. I was
required to meet their deadline each week for publication, and ensure that the written copy was grammatically correct and
interesting for the readers.
