Spelling Homework Options: Connect Four
This connect 4 homework assignment sheet will allow you to choose your homework assignments for spelling.
One activity is to be completed each evening. You must complete 4 activities in a straight row. Rows may go
across, up and down, or diagonally.
Write a question for
each word.
Draw a simple shape
and write your words
around the picture.
Rhyming Words
Write the spelling word
and next to it a word that
rhymes.
Silly Sentences
Try to have all words
begin with the same letter
as spelling word to create
alliteration.
Serious Sentences
Circle the Vowels
Write a complete sentence
for each spelling word.
Write the list and circle the
vowels in each word.
Write a short story
with you words.
Underline the words.
Circle little words in
the spelling words.
Antonyms
