No preservatives, coloring agents, thickeners, modifiers, flavorings, taste or texture enhancers, artificial sweeteners or sugars that depress the immune system. What’s on the label is in the food – period! The final judge of quality and benefit is our customer. How our food makes you feel is what is important. Our yogurt is different! Many other yogurts contain stabilizers, pH modifiers, taste/texture enhancers, and thickeners. Our yogurt contains milk and culture. We make our yogurt the old-fashioned way to ensure a high level of active bacteria, and pack it in glass to protect the flavor and the environment. It replaces the natural bacteria found in our intestines that are depleted with age, use of antibiotics, alcohol, stress, chemotherapy, and illness. Good bugs are very important to digestion and good health! Testimonials PREMIUM BULGARIAN YOGURT - I admit, this is the first time I’ve been so impressed I wanted to give a testimonial. We had the privilege of living in Bulgaria for over two years. Since being back for a little over a year, we have tried many imitations but they all pale in comparison to White Mountain Foods. When I tasted it today for the first time, I was utterly amazed as the taste is authentic. Thank you so much for giving us a taste of Bulgaria in America. - John & Laura NONFAT BULGARIAN YOGURT - I have suffered with Stomach Problems relating to digestion and I.B.S. just about my whole life. I have tried many different products and was in need of finding something that worked to relieve this problem that I was not allergic to due to many food allergies. I purchased some of the White Mountain Bulgarian Non Fat Yogurt and after the first day of eating about 1 cup I did not seem to have the severe stomach upset that I usually got after eating. It seems to bring peace to my stomach so it does not hurt or stick out from being constipated. I am very happy to have found it and will refer it to my friends, family and clients. - Kind Regards, Janet Bond, Nutritionist, LMT PREMIUM BULGARIAN YOGURT - Yes, everyone testifies to the nutritional benefits of WM Yogurt. This is obvious but I have worked as a chef/cook for about 35 years in some of the best fine dining facilities. For flavor, consistency, and authenticity there is no comparison to White Mountain Yogurt. I have traveled extensively in India, Spain, and spent quite a bit of time in Eastern Europe. Authentic yogurt, I'm afraid to say is not so easy to find internationally. We have the real deal here in Texas and it's readily available. There is a negative to White Mountain Yogurt though. Once one is accustomed to White Mountain Yogurt, none other will do. No (yes, none!) other yogurt has the flavor, the consistency, the authenticity, and most importantly digestibility. The irony is yours is probably the easiest to produce with the least amount of ingredients. - Thank you. - Don I love your yogurt! I am Bulgarian and we Bulgarians eat and drink yogurt every day. Your yogurt is the yogurt I used to eat when I was living in Bulgaria. I even taught my American husband to drink the yogurt. I must tell you that your yogurt tastes exactly like the yogurt people make in Bulgaria! Congratulations on making such a good product! P.S. We prefer the whole milk variety! - Irena Morgan Premium Bulgarian Yogurt Ingredients: Grade A pasteurized whole milk and live yogurt cultures (L. Acidophilus, L. Bulgaricus, S. Thermophilus and B. By definition, Probiotics are live microorganisms which when administered in adequate amounts confer a health benefit on the host. Lactic acid bacteria, or bacteria which reduce sugars and carbohydrates into lactic acid, are the most commonly used microorganisms in food processing. These bacteria give yogurts their sour or tart taste and provide many health benefits when administered in adequate amounts. Serving Size: 1 cup (236 ml.) Within our own bodies there are symbiotic life forms, which help digest and process certain foods. These organisms can be disrupted by antibiotic treatments, poor diet, and illness. Probiotics can help restore the balance of good organisms in our own body. To be beneficial and help restore the body’s natural balance, an organism must first reach the desired organ (i.e. the gut!). To do this there must be a substantial inoculation of Colony Forming Units (CFU’s) in the food. Generally the larger the CFU count, the more live Probiotics reach the target area and have a beneficial effect. White Mountain Foods Premium Bulgarian Yogurt has an average of 400 million CFU’s per gram (that’s over 90 BILLION per serving!!). Other Probiotic sources cannot even compare. Even so called “purified” Probiotics like acidophilus pearls only contain 1 billion CFU’s. Consuming White Mountain Foods Yogurt not only feels and tastes great, but you can be sure that your body is benefiting from all four of its live cultures.
