What is Yogurt? Yogurt is milk that undergoes the process of fermentation. Bacteria combine
with milk sugar which is present in milk. Once this is complete, the milk takes on a more solid
state and yogurt is formed. With bacteria present, yogurt is able to take on multiple forms, from
liquid to more solid states.
