【866 Villa Accommodation Notice】
◆ Reservation booking guest should be one of the accommodation guests, and please
provide the ID for guest record as check-in.
◆We are not open to the public visit. Please check-in with the number of the
guests exactly the same as stated in the Notice below. 866 Villa has the right to
decline any visitors or extra at-the-last-moment guests. If the guest number differs
from what stated in the Notice, we will not accept the check-in and will proceed with
the check-out procedures. Meanwhile, the compensation on one-day revenue loss to
the villa will be requested.
◎ ______M ______D________Y, we here confirm that the guest numbers of the day
are Adults____persons and Children____persons.
◎ Any change to the guest numbers after the reservation process has been completed
should notify the Villa staff 10 days prior to the arrival date, and then sign as
re-confirmation by the reservation booking guest. Otherwise, we will only take the
numbers shown as the above.
◆No Pets Allowed
◎Guests with pets before check-in is complete will be refused to enter the villa, and
the payment is not refundable as the compensation on the revenue loss of the day to
the villa.
◎Guests with pets after check-in is complete will be requested to check out, and the
payment is not refundable as the compensation on the revenue loss of the day to the
villa. Additionally, NTD20,000 will be charged for the swimming pool cleaning
expense.
◆Please keep your valuables safe with you.
◎ As guests check in the villa, the villa space is all yours during the stay time. We
will not be responsible for any loss or damages of the personal luggage or belongings.
◆Please use the environment equipment and the indoor facilities of the villa with
care.
◎Many of the display decorations in the villa are customized. For any loss or
damages, the compensation in the buying price will be requested. No graffiti or
carving words on the tree trunk is allowed. If the damage is too serious to keep the
Villa running as usual, compensation for the business loss will be requested based on
the damage condition.
◎Firecrackers, fireworks, BBQ or any activities that will affect the public security
are prohibited in the villa area. Once found, guests will be requested to check out.
◎ Throwing garbage in the pools is prohibited. NTD20,000 will be charged for any
deliberate behaviors of polluting the swimming pools, plus compensation on one-day
revenue loss of the villa.
◆Pay Attention to Your Own Safety
◎Children’s use of the swimming pool in the villa should be accompanied by adults
at all times. Dangerous behaviors such as running, chasing and diving are prohibited.
It is not appropriate for children to go to the balcony and the top floor in the railing
area alone; adults should accompany children in order to prevent any accidents.
◆Any behaviors against the law or social justice are strictly prohibited.
◎Parties or drug use is strictly prohibited in the villa. Once found will be reported to
the police and asked to check out.
◎Please do not make loud noises lest others will be disturbed. For guests who are
exhorted not to do so do not improve the situation, a check-out request will be made
by Villa.
◆Payment Method and Check-in/Check-out Time
◎After the Phone Reservation
> Read through [866 Villa Accommodation Notice], sign as agreed, and fax.
> Pre-pay the rate in full amount to the assigned account, and fax the wire transfer
receipt.
> Our staff will contact you and confirm with you on the phone to complete the
reservation procedure.
Please excuse us for not being able to reserve the villa for you until the
reservation procedure is complete.
◎Check in after 15:00 and check out by 11:30. Delayed check-out for over one hour
will be charged with the half-day rate. No request for continuous stays is accepted
without the formal procedure.
◎Cancellation after the reservation procedure is complete please inform us 15 days
prior to the arrival date, and the payment will be refunded in the full amount.
> Cancellation within 15 days prior to the arrival date, please re-confirm the new
arrival date. The payment can be held in full amount for another three months.
>Cancellation within 15 days prior to the arrival date with no plan or intention to take
the villa within three months, 70% of the payment will be refunded.
Thank you for your kind understanding.
◎ Shall the arrival date happens to face a typhoon alarm announced by the Taiwanese
authority or any irresistible factors, the reservation can be held for another three
months or the payment can be refunded in full-amount.
◆ Both parties hereby consent to and submit to jurisdiction of Taiwan Pingtung
District Court.
I hereby agree and will operate in coordination with 866 Villa
Accommodation Notice and contents.
