EANGUS MEMORIAL BUILDING FUND CONTRIBUTION
A certificate is awarded to any member, individual or corporation who donates $100.00 or more
to the EANGUS Memorial Building Fund.
PURPOSE: To recognize any member, individual, State Association or corporation for
financial contribution to the EANGUS Memorial Building Fund.
ELIGIBILITY: Anyone
DESCRIPTION:
(The National Office will be responsible for preparing the following awards.)
1. Standard Certificate of Appreciation
2. Pen/Pencil set with EANGUS name on it
3. Plaque- a wooden plaque with EANGUS logo. The engraved plate should contain the
contributor and date, engraved with silver, gold, platinum contribution.
4. Plaque- a marble plaque with EANGUS logo. The engraved plate should contain the
contributor and date, engraved with Diamond Contribution.
CRITERIA: See Below
STATE ASSOCIATION: Reaching or exceeding their goals will be given recognition on the
perpetual Building Fund Plaque, a marble plaque for exceeding their goal, a plague indicating
they have met their 100 percent goal, recognition in the New Patriot and Conference Book.
Building Fund Campaign - Individual Contribution
Individual Diamond:
When an individual makes a contribution to the EANGUS
Building Fund Campaign of $1,000 or more, a gold plaque, 2" by
5", will be engraved with his/her name and placed on the
EANGUS Wall of Recognition. They will also receive a marble
plaque, pen and pencil set and recognition in the New Patriot and
Conference Book as a Diamond Contributor.
Individual Platinum:
When an individual makes a contribution to the EANGUS
Building Fund Campaign of $750 or more, a gold plaque, 1 1/2" by
3 1/2", will be engraved with his/her name and placed on the
EANGUS Wall of Recognition. They will also receive a plaque
indicating level of support, pen and pencil set and recognition in
the New Patriot and Conference book as a Platinum Contributor.
Individual Gold:
When an individual makes a contribution to the EANGUS
Building Fund Campaign of $500 or more, a gold plaque, 1" by 3",
will be engraved with his/her name and placed on the EANGUS
Wall of Recognition. They will also receive a plaque indicating
level of support and recognition in the New Patriot and Conference
book as a Gold contributor.
Individual Silver:
When an individual makes a contribution to the EANGUS
Building Fund Campaign of $250 or more, a gold plaque, 1" by
2 1/2", will be engraved with his/her name and placed on the
EANGUS Wall of Recognition. They will also receive a Certificate
of Appreciation and a pen and pencil set and recognition in the
New Patriot and Conference book as a Silver contributor.
Individual Bronze:
When an individual makes a contribution to the EANGUS
Building Fund Campaign of $100 or more, a gold plaque, 3/4" by
2", will be engraved with his/her name and placed on the
EANGUS Wall of Recognition. They will also receive a Certificate
of Appreciation and recognition in the New Patriot and Conference
book as a Bronze contributor.
Building Fund Campaign - Corporate
Corporate Diamond:
When a corporation makes a contribution to the EANGUS
Building Fund Campaign of $5,000 or more, a gold plaque, 2" by
5", will be engraved with company’s name and placed on the
EANGUS Wall of Recognition. They will also receive a 25%
discount on advertisement in the New Patriot, a marble plaque
denoting their level of support and recognition in the New Patriot
and Conference book as a Corporate Diamond Contributor.
Corporate Platinum:
When a corporation makes a contribution to the EANGUS
Building Fund Campaign of $2,500 or more, a gold plaque, 1 1/2"
by 3 1/2", will be engraved with company’s name and placed on
the EANGUS Wall of Recognition. They will also receive a 15%
discount on advertisement in the New Patriot, a plaque denoting
their level of support and recognition in the New Patriot and
Conference book as a Corporate Platinum Contributor.
Corporate Gold:
When a corporation makes a contribution to the EANGUS
Building Fund Campaign of $1,000 or more, a gold plaque, 1" by
3", will be engraved with company’s name and placed on the
EANGUS Wall of Recognition. They will also receive a plaque
denoting their level of support and recognition in the New Patriot
and Conference book as a Corporate Gold Contributor.
When a corporation makes a contribution to the EANGUS
Corporate Silver:
Building Fund Campaign of $500 or more, a gold plaque, 1" by
2 1/2", will be engraved with company’s name and placed on the
EANGUS Wall of Recognition. They will also receive a plaque
denoting their level of support and recognition in the New Patriot
and Conference book as a Corporate Silver Contributor.
Corporate Bronze:
When a corporation makes a contribution to the EANGUS
Building Fund Campaign of $250 or more, a gold plaque, 3/4" by
2", will be engraved with company’s name and placed on the
EANGUS Wall of Recognition. They will also receive a Certificate
of Appreciation denoting their level of support and recognition in
the New Patriot and Conference book as a Corporate Bronze
Contributor.
NOMINATIONS:
1. President or Executive Director may nominate any individual or corporation who has reached
a level of contribution as stated above, with verification to be made by the EANGUS
Treasurer.
2. Awards will be presented at the next national conference.
3. Individual contributions will be credited to the member’s home state.
4. Corporate donations will not be credited unless the state and corporate donor verify that the
state solicited the donation.
