2.0 MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY
Middle East Can Top Management has established its policy for quality, environment and HACCP and ensure it:





Is appropriate for the needs and requirements of its customers
Includes commitment to meeting requirements and continual improvement
Provide a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives
Is communicated, understood and implemented throughout the organization
Is regularly reviewed for continuing suitability
The policy is reviewed periodically during the management review meetings.
2.1 QUALITY POLICY
Our Policy
We will continuously strive for excellence in all that we do. Our goals are to deliver products and services that conform to customer
requirements 100% of the time and to ensure our product hygiene and safety at all levels, Middle East Can Co.(MECC) will represent the
highest level of quality & risk free of products and services to our customers and ourselves.

To be acknowledged by our customers, employees, suppliers and shareholders as the best packaging company in the markets in which we
compete.

2.2 ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
Middle East Can Co. is committed to using sound and responsible environmental, health and safety practices and complying with all applicable
laws, regulations and Company requirements. This policy, and the related Key principles, demonstrate the Company's commitment to
protecting the environment, as well as the health and safety of our employees and as an integral part of World
Class Performance. Implementation of this policy is a primary management objective and the responsibility of each MEC employee.
Key Principles
MECC recognizes that the protection of human health and the environment is a sound business practice that conserves resources and
safeguards employees, customers, the general public and the environment. Each of us share this responsibility to ensure our long term
business.
To implement our policy, we will:
• Commit to leadership by operating our business in conformance with all regulatory requirements and Crown's environmental, health and
safety standards and policies.
• Strengthen our proactive environmental, health and safety culture by increasing awareness and knowledge among all levels of employees
and commit to the protection and well-being of each employee.
• Promote pollution prevention with the emphasis on source reduction and resource conservation and include environmental, health and safety
considerations among the criteria by which projects, products, processes and purchases are evaluated.
• Require each employee to take the responsibility for the environmental, health and safety performance and security of themselves, fellow
employees and the Company.
• Assess our environmental, health and safety performance and programs and commit to continuous improvement towards our target goals of
zero accidents and least negative environmental impacts.
• Communicate our commitment to our employees, vendors and customers.
2.3 HACCP POLICY
OUR POLICY
As Part of our world class performance philosophy we are committed to sound & responsible food safety & risk free management during
preparation, processing, manufacturing, packaging, storage& distribution of beverage packaging.
Key Principles
1.
Our product shall cause no risk of harm to consumers.
2.
Control points considered as critical shall be managed within HACCP plan.
3.
Site shall demonstrate due diligence with regard to food safety. By maintaining container integrity and reducing potential risks from
micro biological, physical or chemical contamination.
4.
Teams within plant shall be established to identify all types of control point, which could potentially cause a hazard to eventual
customers of our products consuming the beverage contents.
5.
Implementation of HACCP relies on adherence to prerequisite programs.
6.
Prerequisite programs must be developed, documented and implemented in order to achieve the HACCP objective.
