Fukushima’s Nuclear Disaster:
one month and counting

Today is exactly one month since Japan’s Fukushima tsunami-nuclear
reactors disaster began. Nothing is even remotely improved. In fact, things
are dramatically worse, because those in charge have covered up the
extent of both short and long-term consequences of the reactors’ damage
and the extreme dangers of nuclear power. The poorly designed Mark 1 GE
reactor had troubles before it was even built; and the addition (on this
particular site) of more than 600,000 radioactive spent fuel rods
accumulating over then last 45 years just adds another dimension of
hazard. Even remotely, this will never be fixed. Saving face for the
Japanese politicians and corporate executives, who have difficulty
admitting they put their entire population at risk, was more important than
telling the truth.

From day one, Japan’s officials have been in collusion with their
counterparts in America to hide the gravity of the radioactive fallout. Two
years ago in these pages, I wrote an article about the contamination

catastrophe.(1) The radioactive consequences of the four reactors at
Fukushima have far exceeded Chernobyl. Fukushima was no accident, nor
was it a natural disaster.
Another aftershock hit Japan earlier this morning. This one measured 7.0
on the Richter Scale; and the epicenter was the Fukushima area. Further,
an unknown number of bodies are still trapped in the tsunami rubble; while
these four reactors are in various stages of ruin, and still far too hot and
highly radioactive. A real evacuation plan was never implemented. For the
Japanese people, long-term levels of radiation exposure is now a heavy
added toxic burden to the tremendous agony already caused by the atomic
bombs the US dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki 65 years ago. Suffering
most certainly will continue to be enormous for all Japanese; but, as the
various radioactive elements travel on the winds and oceans around the
globe, it will affect all of us. It will be carried genetically to the unborn of
the next generation. The radioactive contamination will be long-lived; and
so TEPCO (the plant reactors’ operator) most likely will never be held
accountable for children who develop leukemia or other cancers, or
diabetes, or become sterile. The consequences will affect millions of
people.
Tragically, a similar scenario continues to create havoc in the year-long
aftermath of the Gulf of Mexico oil-rig explosion. The criminal way BP
[some call it Beyond Prosecution] has handled this enormous catastrophe
shows us how disaster capitalism “works”: huge profits for the executives
and other insiders, but grief, sorrow, loss of jobs, illness, death, and the
ecocide (as Rebecca Campbell calls it) of the entire Gulf region.
In addition, as of today, TEPCO has continued to dump more than 11,500
tons of radioactive water into the Pacific Ocean. This was supposed to
have stopped two days ago.(2) Permission should never have been given
for this! This is unconscionable, and another example of how the nuclear
industry has no real way of containing not just spent fuel, but, in this case,
tons of highly toxic water. This not only violates international laws, it is
criminal in the extreme.

This will now travel across the ocean to North America’s West Coast.
Contaminating the entire food chain (from the great whales and dolphins,
to every species of fish, amphibian, to plankton, and microscopic life), the
entire Pacific Ocean will be poisoned indefinitely. Then, traveling on the
ocean currents, this radioactive water will reach the gorgeous California
beaches, the magnificence of Big Sur and La Jolla. As the water goes
through its cycles, it will also evaporate, and radioactive air will be carried
around the globe. We are all in grave danger; and none of this was any
accident but the planned poisoning of all of us.
Given that various US agency monitoring systems continue to be
conveniently “down” or inoperational [do we believe this?], unsuspecting
people along the entire West Coast (from Mexico to British Columbia), will
take their children swimming in radioactive water. Or, will the great whales
tragically beach themselves because the radioactivity is so extreme? As
usual, will scientists then have “no explanation” about their deaths?
Fukushima’s catastrophic nuclear disaster is epic in what devastation it
will have throughout our planet. How much more deception and deceit can
we take?
The nuclear industry has never had any concern to include consideration
of the Precautionary Principle or ethical values. Why should they, when a
bottom line of profits always takes precedence over anything else? Our
safety or well-being, or the future of life on this planet, are not of any
concern. I saw this personally when my entire neighborhood was
deliberately destroyed during the 2003, 1-million-acre southern California
14-arsons FIRESTORM. No one was ever held accountable. It was all
covered up. We were left in extremis, while lies from officials abounded.
Greed wins the day in the destructive world of “disaster capitalism,” as
Naomi Klein has written in her book “The Shock Doctrine.”
As we approach the 25th anniversary of Chernobyl’s nuclear disaster on
April 25, this is yet another reminder that nuclear power is hazardous in the
extreme! The industry has benefited financially over decades, while every
living organism bears the brunt in untold harm and illness of this highly
toxic source of power.
There is yet another aspect of this catastrophe that we must collectively
address. It must not stay hidden. Our earth’s natural, eons-long processes
have been dramatically altered by covert military and government
operations to produce “tectonic warfare,” as geoscientist Leuren Moret has
recently commented.(3) The result has been environmental chaos done on
a scale of biblical proportions to cause grave harm to all of us. Numerous
web articles have documented the links between the ongoing, horrific
Japanese nuclear catastrophe-tsunami and the HAARP-array in Alaska:

It is not the only one. The array grid is quite large around the planet; and
some are portable and travel the oceans (see the link above). In less than
one year, there have been three disasters and all of them off-the-scale. The
other two are the Gulf of Mexico oil-rig explosion and the Haiti earthquake.
None of these were naturally occurring events; but they continue to be
daily tragedies for those living in these areas. All these events have
unleashed massive turmoil and devastation to innocent civilians around
the globe, while corporations and banks have accrued tremendous profits
from them.
Last week (on April 7), just as another earthquake was reported in Japan, at
a 7.4 magnitude, conveniently, the HAARP-array went off line (and so no
one could monitor it).(4) How much more damage might have been covered
up with two additional serious aftershocks in less than a week? The
Japanese government isn’t even reporting radiation levels.

If we step back to try and comprehend the enormous hubris of warped-andviolence-oriented humans (who know so very little about the working
mechanisms of our planet) deliberately wrecking our weather and our
planet and its inhabitants (for secret agendas without the comprehension
of unknown consequences), this seems an impossible task. Whatever is
part of their malevolent secret agendas to supposedly depopulate our
planet, the events of the past year indicate that there is more to this than
wiping out 5-billion people. From the Gulf of Mexico to Japan, huge areas
are already un-inhabitable –even though millions of people are still living
there. What other malevolent aspect is involved?
Interestingly, last month the European Parliament issued a warning about
HAARP, noting that it “is a project of which the public is almost completely
unaware, and this needs to be remedied.” Further, the EU document they
issued notes:
“[The European Parliament]…considers HAARP by virtue of its
far-reaching impact on the environment to be a global concern
and calls for its legal, ecological and ethical implications to be
examined by an international independent body before any
further research and testing; regrets the repeated refusal of the
United States Administration to send anyone in person to give
evidence to the public hearing or any subsequent meeting held by
its competent committee into the environmental and public risks
connected with the high Frequency Active Auroral Research
Project (HAARP) programme being funded in Alaska.” (5)
It will be interesting to see if anything actually results.
All of this made more difficult because the mainstream media does the
bidding of the elite by not reporting issue of real importance. So, anything
surrounding aerosol Chemtrails (which are part of the larger picture of the
illegal geo-engineering our weather) or HAARP are not part of any public
discussions or media coverage. There have been a few media reports
about Chemtrails (supposedly used to enhance HAARP’s invisible
frequency capabilities). It is possible to identify HAARP’s synthetic
“clouds” as they have wavy shapes. They bear no resemblance to our real
clouds. Tragically, these have not been seen in more than a decade. When
they look up at the sky now, children born over the last 10 to 15 years have
no frame of reference for what real clouds looked like.
Added to this situation is the dumbing down of the population. This is why
officials or the media keep saying they don’t want to worry or frighten the
public. This is geared to a population who cannot think critically. An uninformed populace cannot make sound life decisions. This has been going
on for decades.
The air we breathe is already loaded with hundreds of thousands of
poisons; and now we face the horrors of continuing radioactive
contamination. The synergistic effects of all these myriad of hazardous
materials is unknown. The Fukushima disaster is the worst one we have
faced in our lives. Dr. Chris Busby has predicted a rise in cancers in 10
years. Perhaps, the increase will be far sooner. I suspect the figure will be
in the millions, with higher rates of cancers due to worldwide radioactive
exposure. As mentioned above, tragically, as with Chernobyl, our children
and grandchildren will face the worst of it: inability to conceive (due to
radiation sterilization) and high rates of leukemia and other cancers,
diabetes, and other auto-immune illnesses. Radiation levels are already at
rates that are “1,000 times higher than current safety levels.”(6) How many
millions of people are eating radioactive fresh fruit, or drinking water and
milk?

High radiation levels have been found in rain, snow, and drinking water.
Radioactive Iodine-131 and Cesium-137 have been found in US milk.

Any dairy products on the shelves over the last month are tainted. There
have been numerous reports that indicate that dairy products should not
be used for a year.
There is also a forecast from Cologne that “shows high altitude radiation
cloud [of Cesium-137, with a half life of 30 years] concentrate over Western
US for April 12.” This has not been reported by any mainstream news:

Continuous low levels of radiation are extremely dangerous. They
accumulate in various organs of our bodies and create lasting damage.
This is what Dr. Rosalie Bertell wrote about in her book, “No Immediate
Danger.”
Now worldwide, the radiation from the Fukushima Nuclear Reactors
nightmare is far from over. Radiation exposure and subsequent illnesses
will possibly last the rest of our lives. Do we think there will be any
protection from any governmental agency ANYWHERE, when the US and
EU have just raised the supposed level of radiation exposure for food?(7)
There is no safe level of radiation exposure; so this is another deliberate lie
to the general public:

As Dr. Helen Caldicott, one of the world’s leading authorities on nuclear
dangers, wrote recently:
“What we have also seen is a second tsunami of a different kind –
a tidal wave of blow-back from the nuclear industry around the
world, which has been rocked back on its heels by Fukushima but
is now regrouping. There are claims that radiation is good for
you…and that fears about the safety of nuclear power are
unwarranted and panic-stricken.
Let us be clear: there are billions and billions of dollars at stake
for the nuclear industry, which has, as I’ve written earlier,
managed to bamboozle governments around the world, much of
the press, and many ordinary citizens into believing that nuclear
power is green and clean. Nothing could be further from the truth.
The industry will not walk away from that money without a fight.”
Six months before Fukushima, Dr. Janette Sherman submitted a prophetic
scientific paper for publication. It was rejected as too alarmist. Yesterday,
at a lecture given by nuclear opponent activist Lloyd Marbet in Portland,
OR, he quoted Dr. Sherman. Here, in part, is what she wrote:
“Given profound weather effects (earthquakes, floods, tsunamis,
etc.), human fallibility, and military conflicts…it is only a matter of
time before there is a nuclear disaster. Nuclear fallout knows no
state or national boundaries…The economic costs of radioactive
pollution and care of contaminated citizens are staggering. No
country can maintain itself if its citizens are economically,
intellectually, politically, and socially impoverished.”
We have all been put in harm’s way for decades. When will we stop using
our fragile planet as a sewer? The Sixth Extinction is here; and humans
created it. It is enough. We must put a peaceful stop to this insanity. We
can demand accountability and follow Bolivia’s pioneering path, as they
are about to implement the “Laws of Mother Nature”:
