For
Advertising Planning and Buying Services
Notice is hereby given that Portland Community College (PCC) is requesting sealed proposals for
“Advertising Planning and Buying Services” from qualified Advertising Agencies to work
collaboratively with the Marketing staff at PCC to negotiate printed publications, digital marketing,
social media, and major events. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be used to select a qualified
vendor. The subsequent contract will be a three (3) year contract with two (2) one (1) year extensions at
the College’s option, five (5) year’s total term.
Questions are to be submitted via the directions listed in the RFP no later than, Friday, May 6th,
2016, 1:00 PM., local time. All questions must be sent to Jonathan Jordan Petrusich at
[email protected], or PCC- Downtown Center, 722 SW 2nd Avenue, Floor #2, Portland, OR
97204.
Sealed Proposals will be received at the Issuing Office, PCC-Downtown Center, 722 SW 2nd Avenue,
Floor #2, Portland, OR 97204. Deadline for submitting a Proposal will be no later than Friday,
May 6th, 2016 at 1:00 PM, local time. Office hours for receipt of Proposals are Monday through
Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
