physical exams and medical clearance for
international travel. Provides prophylactic
medications and vaccinations including: Hepatitis
A & B; Polio $65; Typhoid $113; yellow fever
$176; Japanese Encephalitis $558; Rabies 3
injections $957. Vaccinations are billed to
insurance, if not covered patient will have to pay
out of pocket expense. Accept all major
insurances, check with office prior to visit.

be 18yrs old. No insurance accepted, out of
pocket expense. First visit is a MD visit, costs
between $100-300. Vaccine administration visits
are $50 for one vaccine and $60 of 1 or more
vaccinations. Clinic offer numerous vaccinations
including: Yellow Fever vaccine $155, Polio $70;
Rabies $280/dose. Also offer Hep A & B. Doesn’t
offer Japanese Encephalitis vaccine. Patient is
given certificate of immunization. Provide
prophylactic medications, will complete travel
forms (make aware forms needed to be
completed when making appointment).
By appointment only Mondays 8:30-10:45am.
