The Science of Cheerleading By: Yaneira Lacayo Class: 808 Introduction to Science of Cheerleading I choose cheerleading because it show sprit of the school. And cheerleading is a great sport to get moving on your feet. Potential Energy Potential is where you don’t move, or stand still When doing cheerleading, there moves like the pyramid. Kinetic Energy Kinetic energy is where you move If you do cheerleading you can create steps for tryouts, where you move in beats and number of steps Digestive System Digestive system is where digest food to give yourself Cheerleads eat food that good for you like apple and drink lot of water Respiratory System Respiratory System energy to clean incoming to into our body and remove carbon dioxide When you do practice in cheerleading you stared to sweat and that cleaning salt in you body Circulatory System The circulatory system need energy to pump the blood thought out the body Do moves like flips and toe touch, and so on pump the blood when you did moves faster and faster Excretory System The Excretory system use the energy to release water. The system use energy to make our body moves Cheerleader do stunts to get the music going and your body Muscular System Muscular System uses energy to make our body moves Cheerleader team do stunts like flips, or slits. And the person lift up to do those move it call your flyer, they use their muscular to do the stunt. Electric Energy Continuous flow of electric in closed circuits with good conductors,such are metal Energy Transformation When you eat food that good for you it give you energy and you feel healthy to.
