The Science of cheerleading By: Jahomi Fuentes Class: 808 Introduction to Science of cheerleading • I choose cheerleading because is a fun sport and its entertaining, its also a good way to exercise. Potential Energy • In my topic potential energy is when one of the girls is waiting to announce the team there on. Or when there on the top of a pyramid. Kinetic Energy • In my topic kinetic energy is when the members of the team are sheering for the team that is playing any kind of sport. Digestive System • In my topic cheerleading you need to eat healthy to move around. The digestive system help them digest the food. Respiratory System • In my topic the respiratory system helps cheerleaders breath, so they have energy and don’t get tired easily. But if you smoke your lungs are going to get damage. Circulatory System • In these topic the circulatory system is important because it helps pump blood to the heart so they could be energetic and strong. Excretory System • The excretory system is what help cheerleading team members sweat and cool of so they feel better and take out the salt in the body Muscular System • Muscle is what help cheerleaders make there performances in public. That is way they need muscle. Electric Energy • Electric energy is like when a cheerleader is really exited and moving a lot. Energy Transformation • In cheerleading energy helps them move and do tricks Conserving Energy • In cheerleading energy is help full because they need light in the stadium or wherever they are and energy powers up there cheerleading space.
