[email protected] IF STUDENTS ARE STRUGGLING…. • Thursdays at lunch – come in for help • Monday/Wednesdays at 2:15 for help - Textbook Efficiency Days (1-2 x a month) - Essay Work Days (usually 1x a month) HOMEWORK • EVERY NIGHT approx. 5-7 pages, notes • Sometimes articles or short project HOMEWORK CHECK…10% of grade - Random checks 1-2 x a week - if no homework, they can’t do test corrections – but they can show it to me next day for ½ credit GRADES • Tests are approximately 45% of grade • TEST CORRECTIONS can be done (1/2 pt) - at school - at home Essays are approximately 45% of grade ESSAY CORRECTIONS can be done (up to a 9) - “How to” is on-line WEBSITE AND RESOURCES • Homework, readings, due dates, instructions, review sessions, notes, etc… • Students should have BARRONS or PRINCETON test prep book AP EXAM • • • • May 2016 Cost $91.00* International Exam 1-5 SCORING…MY SCORES If student does AP Exam, no final exam!
