STAGE CREW CONTRACT
What we expect from you
Attendance
1. I will be at 8 of 11 practices before 3/24
2. If I am not at 8 practices by 3/24, then I may be cut from the stage crew or not receive the show job
I request.
3. I will attend the build day, unless it is on my conflict calendar.
Attitude
1. I will follow directions and remain positive.
2. I will only touch things that specifically belong to me or that I was specifically asked to touch.
3. I will speak with respect to any adult involved with the show.
4. I will take pride in this production.
Responsibility
1. I will learn my part of the production.
2. I will put forth my best effort.
3. I am responsible for anything that is lost if I have not put it away properly.
Rehearsal
1. I will come to rehearsal on time and sit down immediately on the stage or other assigned room.
2. I will be quiet and listen to all instructions before doing anything.

What you can expect from us
Learn stage directions and terms.
How to work as a group.
Be an intricate part of an awesome production.
Entry level experience that can be used in high school and college.
Simple building processes including: measuring, marking, painting techniques.
Use tools such as: screw gun, square, tape measure, clamps, hammer.
Some students will learn basic sound and lighting techniques.

Tech Week – Mandatory Dates
Saturday, April 9th 9:00-2:00
Monday, April 11th – Friday, April 15th 2:30 – 5:00
Saturday, April 16th 9:00 – 4:00
Monday, April 18th – Thursday, April 21st 2:30 – 6:00
SHOWS and STRIKE– Mandatory
Friday, April 22nd 5:00 call (7:00 show)
Saturday, April 23rd 12:00 call (2:00 show)
ACTORS AND CREW WILL STAY AFTER THE SATURDAY SHOW AND
STRIKE THE SET.
We can’t wait to see this show on our stage and what the students can do with it. If you have any
