20. World Wide Web (WWW)
Hypermedia is a term created by Ted Nelson, and used in his 1965 article
Complex information processing: a file structure for the complex, the
changing and the indeterminate. It is used as a logical extension of the term
hypertext, in which graphics, audio, video, plain text and hyperlinks intertwine
to create a generally non-linear medium of information. This contrasts with
the broader term multimedia, which may be used to describe non-interactive
linear presentations as well as hypermedia. Hypermedia should not be
confused with hypergraphics or super-writing which is not a related subject.
The World Wide Web is a classic example of hypermedia, whereas a
non-interactive cinema presentation is an example of standard multimedia
due to the absence of hyperlinks.
The first hypermedia system was the Aspen Movie Map, while the first truly
universal hypermedia was Hypercard. Most modern hypermedia is delivered
via electronic pages from a variety of systems. Audio hypermedia is
emerging with voice command devices and voice browsing.

21.Robot
The iRobot Corporation is a public corporation (NASDAQ: IRBT), based
in Burlington, Massachusetts, that designs robots for businesses, homes,
and the military. iRobot's best known products are the Roomba, an
autonomous home vacuum cleaner, and the Scooba, a similar robot that
scrubs and cleans hard floors. The company also makes a line of
PackBots, robots for military use (such as with bomb squads and SWAT
teams). The three iRobot founders – Rodney Brooks, Colin Angle and
Helen Greiner – were inspired to found the company after working in
MIT's Artificial Intelligence Lab. Rodney Brooks is the former director of
the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory.

Micro Flying Robot Laboratory
The project of "Research and Development of Insect Type Micro Flying
Robot" has been supported by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports,
Science and Technology of Japan under the High-Tech Research Center
Promotion Program since 2005 to 2009.
The purpose of this project is to develop a Micro Air Vehicle like dragonfly,
which has a high performance of maneuverability, such as hovering, forward
flight, and quick turn.
This robot will be used in dangerous or hazardous area where people cannot
enter. For example, It can fly inside a dangerous building damaged by
earthquake, fire and flood for search and rescue. It can also fly in the polluted
area, such as atomic, biological and chemical accidents for surveillance. And
it can fly in the unexplored area such as deep forest, active volcano and Mars
for expoloration.
