TRICEPS • Underneath the biceps (lower arm) • Straightens your arm at the elbow What action is this called? At what joint? TRAPEZIUS • Triangular shape muscle at the back of shoulders and neck. • Rotates the shoulders and moves the head. What action is this called? At what joint? LATISSIMUS DORSI • Large muscle at the side and back. • Pulls your arm down at the shoulder towards the back. What action is this called? At what joint?
