Vitamins are organic substances necessary for life Why do I need them? essential to the normal functioning of our bodies, and except for a few exceptions, cannot be made by our bodies How do vitamins do it all???? Fat Soluble Vitamins Step 1 - eat food with fat soluble vitamins Step 2 - vitamins are stored in fat in body/liver Step 3 - vitamins wait around until they are needed, up to 6 months!!!
