Work Experience As Geologist on ad-hoc appointment in Uttar Pradesh State Mineral Development Corporation Limited learned and worked to implement the approved mine as well as environmental management plans during the year 1990 to 1993. As Principal Investigator of the project under the Young Scientist Scheme sanctioned by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, handled skillfully the annual grants with fellowship for three years from 2001 to 2004. Carried out intensive field and laboratory work followed by data interpretation. Collected information from various concerned offices pertaining to earlier work and integrated approach with the laboratory and field data. As QA/QC Coordinator with BJ Services Company Middle East Limited, India provided strategic direction and leadership to the team of scientists, engineers and laboratory technical staff while working at head quarter and managing several satellite stations at different locations in the country during the year 2005 to 2009. Applied for a patent to increase the shelf life of one of the cementing additives. Monitored number of satellite laboratories and derived the work plan for equipments’ operations and maintenance. Developed quality control data base for the additives being used for varied well operations. As Scientist Group-IV (6), forceful leadership is being provided to the fastly developing Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institute (GERMI), India from the year 2009 to till date. Displayed marked potential of initiative judgment for drafting the thrust areas of research followed by laboratory lay out and R & D plan. Reviewed one research paper as referee at the behest of the Indian National science Academy. Worked as Convener and Programme Coordinator for national and International seminars and workshop organized by GERMI, where skills towards planning, organization, and decision making were noticed and appreciated by the Executive Committee and the galaxy of scholars who participated. Conducted four short term courses of American Society of Mechanical Engineers as Course Coordinator, organized by GERMI. As head of one of the research wing put forward several suggestions for the development and enhancement of analytical facility which have been accepted and being implemented.
