Pakedge preconfigured
template to set up your
ports on specific VLANs.

Pakedge Zones Wizard
• Select the Zones that will be used on the network.
• Click ‘Next’
• Select ALL ports to add to a specific VLAN.
• Drag and drop those ports to that VLAN.
• All VLAN must have at least one port specified
to proceed.

• You are able to view the default Hybrid ports and
can add ports if necessary (i.e. 1 and 24).

and number indicator.
• From this page, you are
still able to ADD VLANs
and update VLAN port
configurations.

click on ‘Confirm’.

• To remove a port from a VLAN, first select the
VLAN below ‘Port Assignments’ where the
existing port is configured. (ex: ports 5-7)
• Next, click on the port to remove.
• Once the apply button has been selected,
notice the ports have reverted back to
default VLAN1. (ex: ports 5-7)

SX: Pakedge Zone Templates
• Easy port setup for those installs that have
a set template that can be applied.
• Select the necessary template and click on
the ‘Apply Template’ button for instant
configuration.
• If you want to default all ports to VLAN1,
select the ‘All Management (Default)’
template and click on ‘Apply Template’ for
instant configuration.

• Specific port settings ranging from setting
a port rate limit, link aggregation between
ports, to port mirroring.
• Shows the port statistics for each
individual including packet errors that may
occur on a port.

including setting power standards and

• Spanning Tree Protocol helps to prevent loops from occurring on your network. The SX switch
