ABSTRAKSI Komunikasi organisasi adalah pengiriman dan penerimaan berbagai pesan organisasi di dalam kelompok formal maupun informal dari suatu organisasi (Wiryanto, 2005). Kesuksesan sebuah kinerja karyawan adalah terciptanya komunikasi yang efektif dimana komunikasi adalah perpaduan antara transfer dan pemahaman makna yang menghantarkan keberhasilan organisasi yaitu ditunjukkan tercapainya sebuah pesan dan dipahami oleh kinerja kelompok karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menginvestigasi seberapa jauh faktorfaktor efektifitas komunikasi dan cara pengelolaannya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dikhususkan pada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. AECOM Indonesia. Sesuai dengan tujuan diatas maka dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 3 hipotesis. Hipotesis pertama, Gaya kepemimpinan. Hipotesis kedua komunikasi organisasi. Hipotesis ketiga kinerja karyawan. Untuk memudahkan pemecahan masalah, penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear dan analisis jalur dan Sobel Test dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Kesepahaman komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan; akurasi komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan; kecepatan komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan; prosedur komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan; kelengkapan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran-saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya, sebaiknya menambah sampel dan memperluas cakupan penelitian, v mempertimbangkan variabel-variabel lain yang masih erat kaitannya dengan variabel-variabel ini. The success of an employee's performance is the creation of effective communication where communication is a combination of the transfer and understanding of meaning that deliver organizational success in the achievement of a message which has shown and understood by the performance of the employee group. The purpose of this study was to investigate the extent to which the factors of communication effectiveness and how their management on employee performance. This research is devoted to the influence of leadership styles and organizational communication on the performance of employees at PT. AECOM Indonesia. In accordance with the above, the purpose of this research will be done by three hypotheses. The first hypothesis is, style of leadership. The second hypothesis is organizational communication. The third hypothesis is employee performance. In order to facilitate problem-solving, research was conducted by using linear regression analysis and path analysis and Sobel test using SPSS 21. The results of this study are: Understanding communication on employee performance; accuracy of communication on employee performance; organizational communication speed on the performance of the employee; organizational communication procedures on employee performance; completeness communication on employee performance. Suggestions for further vii research, the sample should increase and expand the scope of research, considering the other variables are still closely related to these variables.
