John Prestage
John started his studio career under the mentorship of producer and AIR Oxford Street/Montserrat engineer Matt Butler, at Rockfield and other
studios around the Welsh border. They continue to collaborate on projects both at AIR and elsewhere.
Gaining his degree jointly in Physics and Music Performance at Imperial College and the Royal College of Music, he performed regularly with
the symphony orchestra and big band whilst studying trumpet with Andy Crowley and Paul Beniston. After graduating in June 2011, John
became full time at AIR.
