Paulo Inda is a Classical Guitarist, Performer and Professor at the University of Rio Grande do
Sul in the city of Porto Alegre - Brazil. He has toured North, South America and Europe several
times in the past 15 years, performing a wide range of repertoire from renaissance to the present day, including solo, chamber and orchestra engagements.
Holding a Master Degree in Classical Guitar Performance from New York’s Manhattan School
of Music, Paulo Inda has studied with some of nowadays most distinguished classical guitarist
such as Eduardo Fernández, Mark Delpriora and David Starobin, having attended masterclasses given by Manuel Barrueco, John Duarte and Leo Brouwer among many others.
Inda has already shared the stage with artists such as Paul Cesarczyk (Poland), Jorge Caballero
(Peru/USA), Luz Maria Bobadilla (Paraguay), Marco Pereira, Fabio Zanon and Turíbio Santos
(Brazil), having also been a member of the Manhattan Guitar Quartet and the Ibiamon Quartet.
His ever growing discography already includes the albums “PAULO INDA I”- Açorianos Prize
winner for best classical cd of 2006; “GUITAR REVIEW NEW MUSIC SERIES VOLUME 4”, released
worldwide by the Guitar Review Magazine, “CONVERGÊNCIAS”, with Brazilian acclaimed cellist
Rodrigo Silveira and “BRASIL 2010”, including the premiere recording of Dimitri Cervo’s Concerto for guitar and chamber orchestra.
