Healthcare is seeking an optometrist to provide services at the Federal Bureau of Prisons Correctional
Facility in Oxford, WI. The optometrist will provide outpatient services in accordance with the applicable
Wisconsin regulatory, licensing, and malpractice insurance requirements. A current ACLS and CPR
certification are required, and Medical, Worker’s Compensation, and General Liability Insurance must be

seeking a full-time, therapeutically certified optometrist at the Prairie du Chien Eye Clinic. The Eye Clinic
in Prairie du Chien is a general optometry practice with emphasis on primary care, including ocular
disease diagnosis, treatment, and management, geriatrics, contact lenses, and co-management of
cataract and refractive surgery patients. The clinic’s medical staff includes two optometrists and one
outreach ophthalmologist. Technology includes EPIC electronic medical records, OIS Symphony image
and data software, topographer, autorefractor, automated visual field analyzer, digital photography, OCT,
and pachymetry. Residency training and/or experience is preferred, as well as licensure in Wisconsin and
