Tanglin Trust School 2014 – 2015
Faust provides challenging and creative workshops that engage
young people in the world of theatre and performing arts.
We introduce members to a world of theatrical fun, helping them to
develop performance skills, theatre knowledge, teamwork, individual
expression and confidence. All groups are led by experienced drama
teachers, with emphasis throughout on providing high quality
workshops that our members enjoy.

Our workshops:
• Introduce members to different aspects of drama and performing,
looking at a particular theme each term. Examples include:
improvisation, puppetry, mime, movement, musical theatre,
pantomime, script-work, set design, stage-fighting or story-telling
• Are suitable for students with an interest in all things theatrical,
with or without drama experience
• Are led by practicing professionals and qualified drama teachers
and assisted by experienced enthusiasts. All leaders undergo a
thorough selection process and are chosen based on their
experience and enthusiasm

These workshops are offered exclusively for Tanglin Trust School
students and take place at school.
Groups run for two 13-week terms over the school year. Term 1 runs from
September to February, and Term 2 runs from February to May. Each term
ends with an Open Session in which students share what they have
achieved with family and friends.
To join our workshops, children must be fluent in English and must have
reached the required age before the commencement of the term.

Applications will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. This form should be accompanied by payment. Cheques should
be made payable to ‘Faust International Youth Theatre Pte Ltd.’ Confirmation of acceptance will be sent within 21 days of
receipt of this form. Requests to withdraw your child should be made in writing up to 14 days before term starts and will be
subject to an administration fee of S$64. After this date it is not possible to refund fees paid or offer credit notes. For full
