Minimum Requirements Knowledge and/or specialized skills and/or Minimum Qualification: Matric/Grade 12 (Certificate required). Comprehensive Know ledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good Understanding of IT market Place Minimum of 2 Years reselling IT equipment. Know ledge of Axapta an advantage. Driver's license Requirements: Team Player Motivated and driven Self starter Keen Negotiator Good Communicator Well presented Target orientated Ow n Transport essential Be able to cope under pressure Job Specification Duties and Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Key Account Management Generating new business Putting together strategies to grow and develop your customer base Setting monthly targets Maintaining customer database Face to face customer visits Doing presentations to customers Liaising with Product Managers Attending training courses Spending time assisting and training customers Answering telephone calls Making telephone calls to canvas for business Creating and mailing quotations Placing orders Generating invoices Monitoring back orders Arranging and following up on deliveries Following up on quotations and stock orders Assisting other sales people when under pressure Liaising with Product Managers on product issues Assisting customers with queries Setting up appointments Achieving targets monthly. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
