Overview:
Letsfaceit AB is looking for a Digital
Manager to develop and implement digital strategy for the leading
pharmacy cosmetics brand in Sweden, IDUN Minerals. This position will
require complete management of the IDUN Minerals ecommerce site
including content management and WordPress management. We are
located in Stockholm, Sweden, but there will also be a significant focus
on the US market and to a lesser extent the rest of the EU. There will
also be limited work managing digital marketing for distributed brands
Wet n Wild, Real Techniques and EcoTools.
Company:
Letsfaceit is a parent company to eight brands in the health care and
beauty field. The lead brand is IDUN Minerals. IDUN Minerals is a
pharmacy-focused cosmetics brand that was launched in 2011. It
competes in the Lip, Nail, Face and Eye categories. IDUN Mineral’s point
of difference is that it is based on highly purified mineral formulas
which offer any kind of cosmetic looks, from natural to dramatic, while
offering the healthy skin benefits of pure minerals.
IDUN Minerals was a pharmacy exclusive brand in Apoteket AB. Since
then it has grown its distribution to nearly all Swedish pharmacies and
has a significant presence in international markets.
Responsibilities:








Develop and synthesize a long-term and short-term digital strategy
for IDUN Minerals.
Manage IDUN’s development from a small, new and relatively
unknown ecommerce player into a strategic, proactive and
profitable player.
Plan and manage web, SEO/SEM, database, email, social media and
display advertising campaigns.
Maintain digital marketing calendar based on brand marketing
calendar and execute required content updates to
idunminerals.com via WordPress.
Be primary point of contact for outside agency that developed and
maintains website. Help drive technological developments to keep
website optimized.
Manage digital and social media budget and manage the spending
mix.
Manage social media portholes.
Conduct all reporting in analytics.

Maintain social media presence for IDUN and distributed brands
(Wet n Wild, Real Techniques, EcoTools.)







Academic degree in marketing or related field.
Proven working experience in digital marketing.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM,
marketing database, email, social media and display campaigns.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
Experience setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, campaigns.
Up to date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing
and measurement.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
Highly organized.
Self-starter and problem solver.
Ability to multi-task.

Cosmetic interest is a big plus.
