ABSTRACT Spiritual marketing is the marketing methods that emphasize trust-based marketing methods and Honestly that is promoting trust and honesty, where consumers are given the opportunity as much as possible to get an optimal service, product quality is assured, that does not cheat the system and good relations between producers and consumers. This method was created to meet the taste emphaty, humanist and honesty. It is intended to create a sense of security and are expected to provide more satisfaction to customers of Islamic banking. So that consumers can be loyal and willing to make a purchase or use of products repeatedly. The purpose of this study was: (1). To find out how the method of application of Spiritual Marketing is done in the company. (2). To determine consumer responses about Spiritual Marketing in BNI Syariah. (3). To find out how big the influence of Spiritual Marketing on Consumer Loyalty. This research will seek a spiritual relationship marketing and customer loyalty. This research method is a method of verification, where the variables to be tested is the marketing of spiritual variable (x) and loyalty (y). In collecting field research by interview and questionnaire that was done by using simple random sampling. While the data processing techniques using statistical calculations performed using Spearman Rank correlation formula (rs). The result of statistical calculation shows that the spiritual relationship marketing has a correlation of moderate or significant, amounting to +0.586 with customer loyalty in Syariah BNI 46. This means that the better the spiritual application of marketing that is done then the higher the level of consumer loyalty. By using SPSS obtained figures below the 0.05 probability 0.000, the Hi Ho is rejected and accepted, then it supports the hypothesis that there is a relationship between spiritual marketing with consumer loyalty Syariah BNI 46. ABSTRAK Sistem pengendalian manajemen dalam sebuah perusahaan sangatlah penting karena sistem ini akan mempengaruhi perilaku manusia, dimana tujuannya adalah untuk mencapai keselarasan tujuan dengan cara memadukan masing-masing kepentingan personal selaras dengan kepentingan perusahaan. Sistem pengendalian manajemen terdiri dari struktur dan proses. Dengan sistem pengendalian yang baik, maka diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui bagaimana sistem pengendalian manajemen pelayanan pasien rawat inap di RS. Muhammadiyah. (2) Mengetahui bagaimana kinerja instalasi rawat inap RS. Muhammadiyah Bandung dan tolak ukur apa yang digunakan untuk menilai kinerja tersebut. (3) Mengetahui evaluasi sistem pengendalian manajemen pelayanan pasien rawat inap dalam meningkatkan kinerja instalasi rawat inap. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis dan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis yaitu dengan dokumentasi, kuisioner dan wawancara dengan pihak-pihak yang dianggap mampu memberi masukan atau informasi dalam pelaksanaan penelitian. Dari penelitian yang penulis lakukan, maka diperoleh dari hasil kuisioner bahwa sistem pengendalian manajemen pada RS. Muhammadiyah Bandung masuk dalam kriteria sangat baik dengan presentase sebesar 84,4%, dan kinerja pada RS. Muhammadiyah Bandung masuk dalam kriteria sangat memuaskan dengan persentase rata-rata untuk Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) sebesar 83,04%, Average Length of Stay (ALOS) sebesar 4,14 hari, Bed Turn Over (BTO) sebesar 18,03 kali, dan Turn Over Internal (TOI) sebesar 0,87 hari. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan sistem pengendalian manajemen yang termasuk dalam kriteria sangat baik, maka RS. Muhammadiyah Bandung dapat meningkatkan kinerja instalasi rawat inap yang terdiri dari Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR), Average Length of Stay (ALOS), Bed Turn Over (BTO), dan Turn Over Internal (TOI).
