1st Quarter Capacitation Consultative Meeting on Davao Regional Ecology Center (DREC) ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU REGION XI- RD Metodio U. Turbella thru Ecological Solid Waste Management Section leads the 1st Quarter Capacitation Consultative Meeting held on March 9, 2016 at Grand Regal Hotel, Lanang, Davao City. The meeting focuses on strengthening of the existing Davao Regional Ecology Center (DREC) and the update on the regional online database system and status of LGU’s 10-year ESWM Plans including the 2016 DREC activities.
