Dancer’s Make-Up Requirements
In order to prevent the spread of infection, you must have your own make-up kit
with the following labeled items:
All characters need to bring:
• Black Mascara
• Foundation Please use one or two shades darker than normal skin tone. (Ben
–Nye cream Foundation from a theatrical store or panstick from a drug store.
Bravi Dance Boutique will help you choose the perfect stage shade for you!)
• 2 Black Eyeliners (Cover Girl Perfect Point Plus in black onyx is highly
recommended! If you use another brand, be sure that it is soft. NO PENCIL)
• Make-up Remover (Mary Kay’s oil free eye make-up remover, Almay hypoallergenic moisturizing eye make-up remover lotion or Ben Dye make-up
remover is recommended!)
• Wet Wipes or Make-up Remover Wipes
• Cosmetic Sponges
• Cotton Pads
Clara, Bon Bons, Party Girls, Soldiers, Cookies and Urchins
Need true red lipstick (True Red)
Red Lip Liner –(Recommended Drug Store Brand – Loreal Colour Riche Always Red)
Party Boys
Need muted brown red lipstick (Natural Brown)
Cherubs, Angels and Lambs
Need rose lipstick (Rose Glaze)

All make-up NOT listed here will be provided.
All make-up kits must be approved by the make-up committee. We will be
checking kits during the next parent meeting on November 11, 2010.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE LABELED FOR APPROVAL!!!
These items must be in the theater by Thursday, December 3 for the evening
dress rehearsal performance. Full make-up will be applied that evening.
