Quad Village Physical Therapy Anodyne Therapy is a treatment for peripheral Neuropathy. It is a new FDA-cleared and clinically proven therapy approach. It is a comprehensive treatment to caring for patients with painful and circulatory problems. Anodyne Therapy System is a non-invasive, drug-free device that delivers infrared energy through infrared light-emitting diodes with a wavelength of 890 nm that are mounted in flexible therapy pads. When the therapy pads are placed in direct contact with the skin, the invisible infrared light is absorbed by cells in the body and blood vessels begin to dilate, resulting in increased blood circulation in that area. Improves circulation, stimulates healing, relieves pain and improves sensation. Conditions that is suitable for Anodyne Therapy Anodyne Therapy is designed to utilize infrared lights for painful conditions or other conditions that may benefit from increase in blood circulation such as: Peripheral neuropathy Fractures / Wounds Arthritis / Osteoarthritis Herniated Disc Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Loss of Sensation / Post Operation Circulatory Problems Neck and Back Pain Degenerative Poor Gait and Balance Disc Disease Stroke Epicondylitis Tendonitis / Bursitis Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy TMJ syndrome Facet Syndrome Side-effects or Cautions Anodyne Therapy has been used safely for over 12 years on thousands of patients.
