You’re the one!
Ducky doesn’t get much bigger than this! Press and hold your switch
and Big Rubber Ducky lights up and plays a fun, lighthearted tune that
includes quacking noises. Ducky can also be activated by pressing the
large bright red button on his back. The bright red button on his back
can also be used to activate another toy/device Great for teaching
cause and effect and the red button encourages reaching out. Size:
10"L x 8"W x 11"H. Requires 4 C Batteries. Weight: 2½ lbs.
Operation:
1. The Big Rubber Ducky requires 4 C batteries (Not included). Use
alkaline batteries only (e.g. Duracell or Energizer brand). Do not
use rechargeable batteries or any other type of batteries because
they supply lower voltage and the unit will not perform properly.
Never mix old and new batteries together or different brands or
types together.
2. The battery compartments are located on the bottom of the unit.
To remove the battery compartment covers, unscrew the small
Phillips Head screw on each of the black battery cases, and then
slide the covers off. Install new batteries, being careful to observe
proper (+) & (-) battery polarity. Replace covers and screws. Turn
the On/Off/Volume knob clockwise to turn the unit On.
Please Note: Big Rubber Ducky is not made for bath play or to be
submerged in water. Doing so will damage the toy and void the
warranty.
Troubleshooting:
Problem: Big Rubber Ducky does not work.
Action #1: Make sure the On/Off/Volume is turned ON and the
Volume is set to an auditable level.
Action #2: Check all batteries for proper (+) & (-) battery polarity.
Action #3: Check to make sure noting is blocking or restricting the
movement of the activation switch.
Action #4: Replace any dead or weak batteries with fresh new
batteries. Never mix different brands or old and new batteries.
Care of Unit:
Big Rubber Ducky can be wiped clean with any household multipurpose cleaner and disinfectant. We recommend Simple Green, which
is a non toxic biodegradable all-purpose cleaner.
3. Plug any capability switch into the jack on the duck’s base labeled
‘’Switch’’. Make sure you plug your switch all the way in. There
should be no gaps. Press and hold your switch and Big Rubber
Ducky lights up and plays a fun, lighthearted tune that includes
quacking noises. Ducky can also be activated by pressing the large
bright red button on his back.
When finished playing with Big Rubber Ducky turn the
On/Off/Volume knob to Off to help prevent battery drain. For
prolonged storage we recommend removing the batteries.
4. The bright red button on his back can also be used to activate
another toy/device, to do this plug one end of the included 1/8 inch
to 1/8 inch cord into the jack labeled ‘’Device’’ on the duck’s base.
Plug the other end of the cord into your device. Make sure it is
plugged in all the way there should be no gaps. Great for teaching
cause and effect and the red button encourages reaching out.
Do not use abrasive cleaners, as they will scratch the surface of the
unit.
Do not submerge the unit, as it will damage the contents and the
electrical components.
