DIGITAL ULTRASONIC CLEANER
This ultrasonic cleaner is a microprocessor-controlled device that uses ultrasonic or high
frequency sound waves to clean jewelry and other delicate items. Ultrasonic cleaning is
based on the cavitation effect caused by high frequency ultrasonic wave vibration signals in
fluid. Microscopic bubbles that expand and rapidly collapse cause cavitation, which creates
an effective cleaning action on the surface of object being cleaned. Additionally, the bubbles
are small enough to penetrate even microscopic crevices, cleaning them thoroughly and
consistently.

OPERATION INSTRUCTION:
1.
Put unit on a stable, flat working platform.
2.
Add enough cleaning fluid (usually water) according to the size and quantity of the objects
you are cleaning. They should be immersed completely. A small quantity of soap or
detergent should be added to help cleaning. The fluid level with your parts in the tank should
be about 2/3 full. Using warm or hot water helps the cleaning process.
3.
Connect to electrical power and turn the power switch on.
4.
Temperature: When the unit is first turned on, the display will show the actual water
temperature. Use the up and down arrows to set the temperature in degrees C. The red
heating light indicates that the heater is on. The actual temperature will be within 1° of the
set temperature before the heater will turn off. After a long cleaning time, the actual
temperature could rise higher than the set temperature.
5.
Ultrasonic: When the display window shows “00 00” cleaner is off. Use the up and down
arrows to set the time in 5-minute increments. Timer will count down to Zero by seconds and
then stop automatically and return to standby mode with a “0” in the seconds display.
NOTE: When Power has been on for 60 seconds and no time or temperature has been set, the unit will enter the
sleep mode and the display will be turned off. To re-start, just press the reset button.
CLEANING TIPS:
1.
2.
3.
4.
Choose the most appropriate cleaning solution for the parts to be cleaned. Make sure the
solution is compatible with the stainless steel tank.
Cleaning too many pieces at the same time reduces cleaning efficiency.
To maintain a clean and shiny finish on the tank, use a water-based solution and wipe with a
soft clean cloth when cleaning.
Ultrasonic cleaning works best on hard, solid objects. Soft materials such as rubber, fabric
and some plastics can absorb the force exerted by cavitation and reduce the cleaning
efficiency.
DRAINING:
1.
2.
To drain the unit, turn the drain valve handle 90 degrees so that it is in line with the drainpipe.
To close the drain, turn the drain valve handle 90 degrees so that the handle is at a right angle
to the drainpipe.
CAUTIONS:
3.
4.
5.
6.
7.
DO NOT Operate if the tank is empty. After use, switch off and disconnect the power.
DO NOT use solvents, and corrosive or flammable solutions as these can damage the unit.
When adding or changing fluid, the power must be disconnected.
Cleaning Jewelry made with glue or adhesive tape may break from the ultrasonic waves.
If the cleaner is not functioning, do not disassemble the cleaner it must be returned to the
manufacturer or authorized agent for repair.
